technic`s decks (old skool)allen&heath xone32 , long live vinyl everything !with a deep funky tribal vibe hi, i have been producing/writing tunes for over 20yrs,under the name Medicine Man , i have been djing on the underground club scene since ,(THE SUMMER OF LOVE!!!), as DJ HOUSEDOCTOR. I have always been around music since those heady days of stop/start taping of pirate radio stations....(very useful for developing editing techniques.)...Early influences were moog based /synth sounds ,fat baselines,and rhythm guitar licks ,eg nile rodgers,brass construction ,fatback,bootzy collins,and of course the late great GODFATHER OF SOUL.(JAMES BROWN)...basically anything WITH FUNK!...Then came ELECTRO,again synth based sounds ,eg gary newman,kraftwerk,omd,new order........... dj..d @various underground parties,M.O.S . ibiza..GIVE/H.O.H/ TENDER/FLY/KIMBERLEY/GOLDEN DELICIOUS/SUNNY-SIDE UP/MY FRONT ROOM,MY WEDDING!DARBY&JOAN, ET AL . musical influences again very varied ,love , breaks,deep house, melodic trance,funky house,trippy d`n`b,and, and .... basically everything !! which hopefully is reflected in my tunes ! .i also must mention Laurent webb (wubble u),whom is not only a great friend ,but has helped me enormously, with regards developing my studio skills .....! luv ya......xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ; timewriter.terry lee brown.olivier lieb.roberto rodrigues.joris voorn,leftfield,way out west,orbital,and radioslave.....

Andee J (Andy Jones) is one of the true underground DJs of Drum and Bass having been in the scene since day one. He surprisingly started as an MC with his long time friend Silly G at the age of 15 back in 1993 and first got behind the turntables 6 months after. Putting on parties and private raves from this early age, Andy and Gary have made a bit of a name for themselves in their hometown of Liverpool UK. Not much has changed since. Andee J can be found delivering his accomplished DJ performance around festivals and clubs in the UK and Europe, not to mention sticking to his roots and still making himself available for the odd underground party and rave. Andee J is also known for doing what he can to give Drum and Bass DJs and artists as much exposure as possible. As he found throughout his career that work in the Drum and Bass industry was limited in Liverpool, no matter how good you are behind the decks, he went about giving many DJs stage time at his events. He has also performed as a scratch DJ in bands 'Kush' and 'Shiver' and when he plays, likes mix up a variety of Drum and Bass sub genres with mixes you wouldn't expect. Always high tempo with long mixes and a style you can tell is from a DJ that has been in the business for over 20 years He went on to step up behind the mic and hosted his first radio broadcast in 2001 on Liverpool pirate radio station Bubble FM. He has supported some of the biggest names in the Drum and Bass scene from Fabio, Mampi Swift, Micky Finn, Jumping Jack Frost and Randall to Utah Jazz, Klute, BTK, Enei and Total Science.
