Music has been at the centre of my life for as long as I can remember and im confident to say its shaped who I am today. From a very young age I was very much into Syththesized music , especially Jean Michelle Jarre (one of my all time heroes). Along side this I loved early electro house and Detroit techno so naturally , was blown away with the late 80’s acid house explosion and even more so by the early 90’s Rave explosion, and this is where my passion really set in. I first went on a pair of decks at the tender age of 9 years old (1991), and around this time got 1xdeck for Christmas, now….clearly you don’t have to be a dj to understand that this is useless for mixing, but, for beatmatching, this was the best thing you could imagine! Id beatmatch vinyls to tapes,or anything that was playing in the house,and by the time I got my 2nd deck and mixer at 12years old, the learning curve of beatmatching was already mastered! Now, musically , im predominantly Hardcore, always have been, from early breakbeat hardcore right through to todays sounds. Ive loved the evolution of the sound and have the same passion for the sound as I did 20 years ago. Trance was a major influence for me in the 90’s too , especially Paul Oakenfold/Sasha/Digweed to name a few….their ability to seamlessly blend tracks together over the course of an hour or so and leave me feeling like id been on a musical journey really inspired me and applied this same technique to everything I mixed. Today, I concentrate mainly on Uk Hardcore and Hard dance, which while im “here” must mention how impressed and inspiring I find hard dance at the mo , from the techy minimal sounds right through to the tough hardstyle sounds of Europe, I feel this scene has got a lot to offer and has something for everyone. Im loving the Hard dance scene as a whole at the moment, whether it be Breakbeats/Kickdrums/trancey/ravey/techy/fast/slow…..the scene in my eyes is as diverse as its ever been, whatever others may think! Music is a way of life!

Liverpool Based DJ/Producer/Remixer Biography Started DJ'ing in 1998 when I got my first gig at The Milky Bar (The Old Pleasure Rooms) My styles of music vary from House to Old Skool and Electro, depending on the crowd I play to I tend to mix it up. Since then I have played and been resident in some great venues in Liverpool. Currently I am resident @ Hardy's Mathew St every Friday & Saturday, and also Revolution (Chester) on Wednesday. Plus regular guest spots every month in various venues. In 2011 I joined The Elektrosexuals, and we have released some great tracks and as a group we have played in front of large crowds in some massive venues including Venus (Manchester) and LaCala (Jersey) In April 2012 I started to get into the prodution side myself and getting into Remixes Mashups and also Creating some of my own material. Dj Rich D. A.K.A (Rich Doss) has been mixing it up in the urban breakbeat culture since the late 90's. His unique style and BASS dropping sounds are sure to make any dancefloor crowded. Rich started cutting his teeth back in the early 90's in the likes of clubs like "The EDGE" and "Cloud 9" in Orlando Florida where his love for the dance music scene started. In the late 90's Rich starting his Djing career at house parties and anywhere he could get himself on the turntables and the fire was ignited. In the early 2000's Rich found himself in clubs like Sol-Rays in Daytona Florida, Firestone and Cyberzone in Orlando Florida playing next Djs like Rob-E, Def Jeff, Jason Brown, Dj Security and many more. As the scene in Daytona and Orlando started slowing down in the late 2000's Rich turned from djing to production work doing remixes and re-rubs from the likes of Wolfgang Gartner, Feed Me, Swedish House Mafia, Kultur, Mord Fustang, Colombo, Deadmau5, and many more. Rich has recently gotten himself back to his first true love and found his way back behind the decks mixing his remixes and re-rubs into his sets and bringing the BOOM back to his fans. He has also joined forces with his partner in crime Josh B. and is one half of the group Ph@t B3aT RuNNaZ.
