ok time to get serious , i have been djing for nearly 20 years on and off music is a huge part of my life . i started out playing house music back in the day trying to perfect my skills ( still trying ) back then i was playing mainly italo house and big piano anthems and this music still holds a huge spot in my heart , more recently i have started to move more towards more modern house and tech house embracing the music and everything tht comes with it . music has moved on djing has moved on and im just trying to do the same :) . all my mixes are free to download and your comments good or bad are more than welcome . hope you enjoy Jay :)

I started DJing in 1994, first playing Old Skool, then moving into the current music scene. Over the years I played many different styles, covering a broad range in music. My first gigs were a residency at a pub in Preston, Xstream, playing lots of different music from my collection. My first club gig was a one-off event held at Preston's University, Heavens Gate. I then played several times at The Mill, again in Preston. Musically moving into the Hard Dance scene in 2000 I managed to get a gig at Sundisential North, Leeds, in the Members Suite. From there I played a few gigs at NRG, Chorley and then at Fired-Up, Wigan for the same promoter. I also played at the Sinergy Testlab, Manchester and a couple of times for BPM Radio, Birmingham. My DJ career changed significantly when I secured gigs in London for Smile and Wildchild. I also came 2nd in a DJ competition at Toast, Manchester. From there I secured more gigs at Wildchild, Frantic, Liberation Vs Hardware, Rush and Smile, London. My final gig was in 2004 at Velocity, Wisbech. I have only recently took to the decks again, although now it is just for enjoyment, using the records in my collection.

Welcome to my page, hope you will enjoy it! Chris Mageras aka DJ Alex was born on 10/16/1966 in Athens. His first steps in music dj like I did at the age of 17. It was the golden age of disco music. Buying 2 Technics turntables He took mixing techniques. It was difficult at first because there was no suitably technical infrastructure that exists today. There was also the vinyl they purchase many MAXI singles. Began working in various cafes and derive experience. As the years passed I listened, I began to grow. Basically the music always choices were mainstream music. Now the music choices are Tech House .. Latin House ... Tribal House ... Deep House ... and generally it has to do with House Music.
