Growing up in the streets of New York, i have had the privilege to be amongst many talented peers whom have inspired me through out my life,20 years as a d.j and still going strong, now more then ever, considered to be one of the pioneers of the house scene in N.Y my record collection speaks volumes but it ain't just about the records, also spiritually discerning , creating a vibe of unity and togetherness is a strength that only God can give. Music being my passion and all things artistic, i have developed a sense of style that is not only unique but visually transcendent , my music has a depth in a cinematic manner, colors and story telling are such ingredients, especially in my mixes and productions. listen and see for your self!

Hi and welcome to my world!!! this is the bit where i'm supposed to tell you a bit about myself so here goes........!!! ....i've been a DJ for 20 + years now and i'm lovin every minute! My journey has taken me through many music styles between the early 80's and today. Music has changed so much but it all comes from the respectable Disco sounds!!! My collection of vinyl and CD's is gettin too large to mention but you'll find all sorts in there from classics to soulful/US house to deep latin vibes to bar grooves and most of all.....just plain FUNKY!!! It all started for me at the one and only Hacienda! I stepped in there and never looked back. I was born. I've had many guest spots around manchester...at Plush ampersand in the early days and also at Club North. I have held residencies at club emoporia for Caged and Filthy Gorgeous, the Paradise factory, boat parties, one central along side jon fitz at the lovely brannigans! ", I've done some local radio shows too and once interview jon fitz which was a great experience!! !!!!PURFEKT CIRCLE NITES !!!! I am currently playing for PURFEKT CIRCLE , @ there fabulous venuse across the north west- SSSH! NITE @ GAIA MANCHESTER. MIDNIGHT AFFAIR @ BOLTON BAR BAES. which is blend of deep soulful- latin vibes -afro beats,house nite, What I love to do is to play some 'after hours' 7am sessions.....you know, after the club when you just wanna chill out and listen to some 'mambos' kinda stuff....or on a summer afternoon on a beach maybe??? you know the kind of stuff i'm talking about.... ive now become single and spent some dollar on up date ing my equipment/back in the swing of things DONT DAMPON MY SPIRIT .LOL now using ableton 8.2 .reason 5. protools 10/still finfing my feet with it all and new set of monitors watch this space Ok, so I can go on a bit!! , but now i've finished!!!!!!!! ATTENTION! Please be aware I no longer post mixes on house-mixes. If you have happened to have recently discovered me or listened to me before, you can find me still posting mixes on soundcloud & mixcloud. Been spinning since 88 and after a 10yr absence I returned a few years back to start mixing again. Before my "retirement", I played at a number of clubs and had residencies at the "infamous" Legends in Old Burlington St and at the Emporium in Soho. I currently mix for fun, but if the right opportunity presented itself Imight be interested in playing out again. My style of mixing is (I like to think) smooth, Itry to take the listener on a rhythmical adventure / journey. I particularly enjoy creating something between the mixes (when possible!) rather than simply going from deck to deck, so if you find yourself; a) loving the tunes, b) having an irresistable urge to dance and c) then realise you haven`t got a clue which tune you`re listening to, then I`m doing my job. My musical style usually falls into 3 categories; deep,soulful or nu disco but always funky. Would love to hear your comments on my mixes, don`t be shy. Click "Follow" and i will send you a notification (only) when i post a new mix. Don`t worry i do not notify as to what i am eating or watching on tv ala Facebook. FELLOW DJ`S PLEASE SEE BELOW; Please accept my apologies for not listening to everyone`s mixes, due to work and family commitments, the little free time I have is usually spent on seeking out new tunes or working on new mixes. I am aware I don`t listen to enough mixes and am trying to make more time for this. HOWEVER, when I do listen to a mix, I will provide an HONEST, THOUGHTFUL appraisal and whenrequested will offer constructive advice. Ido not"COPY & PASTE" feedback. I appreciate what DJ`s can put into a mix and the least I can do is take time to offer feedback befitting the quality of themix. DEEJAY KLICK is a Toronto DJ with alot going on. Beside working on his own production , he;s busy dropping beat at some of Toronto's hot spots along side local and International talent. Klick did very quickly what most takes years to accomplish. But now he has return to Nova Scotia and he picked up where he left off.... Enjoys going to different clubs, making contacts with promoters and Dj's. He has the ability to make the crowd move, Club goers immediately respond to ponent mixes he brings to the dance floor.
