Born in the deep rain-forests of Central Africa, was a chimpanzee named Kevin, who was unlike any other ape in the jungle. While his peers swung from vines and played in the treetops, he was fascinated by a different kind of rhythm. He was entranced by the sound of the rain, the wind in the leaves, and the chirping of birds, but most of all, he loved the beat of the jungle itself. One day, as he sat by a gurgling stream, he found an old, discarded radio. He curiously examined it, pushing buttons and twisting knobs. Suddenly, music blared from the small device. The ape's eyes widened with wonder, and a rush of excitement coursed through him. The rhythmic beats and melodies filled his heart, and he began to dance, swaying to the music with pure joy. The ape's newfound passion for music soon turned into an obsession. He spent hours each day tinkering with the radio, discovering new tunes and rhythms. His fellow chimps watched him with amusement, wondering why he was so captivated by this strange human invention. As days turned into weeks, a fascination evolved into something more profound. He began to experiment with different sounds in the jungle, mimicking the melodies he had heard on the radio. He would beat rocks on tree trunks, clap his hands, and imitate the bird's songs, creating his own unique beats. His affinity for rhythm and melody quickly became evident to his ape companions. They gathered around him as he improvised, and soon they too began to dance to his rhythms. The jungle was alive with the sounds of makeshift music, bringing joy and unity to his fellow chimpanzees. Word of this ape's music soon reached a group of local scientists who were studying primates in the rain-forest. They were amazed by the ape's musical abilities and decided to observe him closely. They left a small record player with a collection of music, and Kevin immediately recognized the device, having heard a similar sound from the old radio he found. The ape's journey into the world of DJ'ing had officially begun. With the record player, he learned to switch records, create unique mixes, and even scratch the vinyl with a twig. The scientists were astonished by the musical prodigy they had discovered. Over time, the Ape's DJ trek took him beyond the rain-forest. In 1988, he began spinning records in Colorado, captivating audiences with fun hooks and beats. And, as years would pass, his DJ path would branch as it held course with his life; thus, taking him to California, Hawaii, Germany, Spain, and China, performing at clubs, raves, and mobile gigs. His unique jungle-inspired beats made the souls of many smile. With the inevitable passage of time, the Ape's life took new turns, but all the same, he never lost touch with his roots. These days, he continues to mix music simply for fun, and to furnish his wife with new stuff to listen to. He often imagines that his poor wife lives with a semi-domesticated ape that roams the house and makes uncouth gestures--the local house ape.

Ciao, mi chiamo Giacomo. Sono nato musicalmente nel 1983 suonando in una radio locale della mia città di origine, San Severo, una radio storica pioniera negli anni 70 80 chiamata Radio Ulisse. Sono stato sempre un appassionato di musica elettronica, i miei gruppi preferiti erano i Rockets e i kraftwerk, ma amavo comunque tutti gli altri generi musicali. Ho continuato a suonare nella prima metà degli anni 90, su un altra radio locale, Radio Punto Network, affiancando il noto Dj della zona, Matteo Villani. Attualmente mi sono evoluto nel genere techno ed elettronica in genere. Sono stato Dj residente su una importante stazione radio web della Germania, “Star Radio Lounge”, di cui ringrazio di cuore la sua fondatrice e proprietaria, Jasmin Schroder, per avermi accolto nella sua squadra, dove ci sono importanti artisti internazionali. I was born musically in 1983 playing on a local radio in my hometown, San Severo, a historic radio pioneer in the 70's and 80's called Radio Ulisse. I have always been a fan of electronic music, my favorite bands were the Rockets and kraftwerk, but I still loved all other musical genres. I continued to play in the first half of the 90s, on another local radio, Radio Punto Network, alongside the well-known DJ of the area, Matteo Villani. Currently I have evolved into the techno genre and electronics in general. I was DJ residing on an important web radio station in Germany, 'Star Radio Lounge', of which I sincerely thank its founder and owner, Jasmin Schroder, for welcoming me into her team, where there are important international artists.
