I started DJ'ing back in 1986 with 2 Technics 100's and a Gemini mixer, mostly Rap Music and some Chicago House from that era. Went to college and discovered Disco and deep house, spun with a crew of DJ's dominating the black fraternity/sorority and party scene as well as maintained residency at a couple local bar/club's. Continued to spin relevant Hip Hop, RandB, Disco, Deep House, Chicago Trax and other mainstream House until about 1995-97'ish. Took an unexpected and unfortunate hiatus from my music until recently (past couple years) where i rekindled my love of the art through the discovery of more modern House music genre's such as progressive, techno, electro, trance as well as other electronic music. I have decided to use various social networks and online resources such as this to share my creations and attempt to make a new name for myself here in the Chicago area. DJ oGuia is one talented DJ from Bulgaria. He launched his DJ career in 2001 when he was 17. Soon he was acknowledged as highly driven and promising artist. DJ oGuia's sets incorporate house, electro, progressive, minimal and techno . His musical taste is inspired by everything and anything in his surrounding environment. His new ideas for mixes come from listening to various types of music. DJ oGuia developed his everlasting love of music in his early childhood.
