Traktor Z2 and 2 x Technics SL 1210's I taught myself to mix on some ancient belt drives back in 1990, played at lots of house parties, in bedrooms, clubs, and raves back in Brisbane. I work fulltime and music is my creative outlet, passion and hobby. I listen to my mixes in the car to and from work most days. I love and can mix most music styles. My favourites include Breakbeat, funky house, deep house, liquid drum and bass, hip hop, breaks, dub, chill out and many classic artists... etc. I have recently converted to the pleasures of digital possibilities with Traktor while still being able to play my vinyl collection. Exit Point's passion for the music began in the early 90s, a fan of the Madchester sound of The Stone Roses & Happy Mondays, from here, his musical tastes shifted to the underground Rave sounds of the mid 90's after being introduced to a mixtape by a friend. This led to Exit becoming an avid listener of the local pirate stations, Mix FM, Fresh FM (Leicester) & Kool FM (Birmingham).This keenness further led Exit to take up DJ'ing, initially with a pair of Soundlab belt drives & a Numark mixer. Exit got into the Jungle sound in 1994 and would buy his vinyl from the legendary 5HQ shop in Leicester.
