I've been DJing since the early 80s and have always had a passion for dance music. When Covid killed the events industry in 2020, I've been creating DJ friendly edits of songs I enjoy and songs I play at events just to help me from going crazy. I hope you enjoy them. Marco Brunelli aka Mark Storm, born in 2003, originally from Perugia - Umbria - Italy. He begins to be fascinated by music very early, his interest is in different genres compared to those that boys of his age follow. Marco discovers music in 2010, House and Old School, thanks to his father Dj, and here his true passion begins. His debut took place in 2014, at the Zoppas Arena in Conegliano, in front of 2000 people, where he touches the CDJ-2000s for the first time, and despite having never played with a real console before, Marco uses them as a professional, and enhances the entire sports hall. He personally selects his songs with clear criteria: "the songs must sound good, they must be powerful and they must entertain the audience, if a song is good ... the genre comes later". In December 2014, Marco sent a track for the producers of "Hit Mania", the best-selling compilation in Italy, and from there he became the youngest DJ producer ever, present in the group: "Universal Music Group", where he is still present, and recently added to “EURODANCE”. In July 2015 he is called for the second time in Veneto, he plays a house and an ElectroHouse DJ set, and Piazza Teolo is super crowded. He started mixing in the mid 80s spinning a pair of technics and playing in local radios. He began to play in clubs at the end of 1991 in a famous Italian club. Since then almost 50 consolles have seen Simone Sole playing and many people hands up for him. Though he usually plays in Italy, in the past he made some gig in Ibiza and London. He's currently playing in several clubs around Italy and hosting some radio shows, podcasts and dj mixes. I like to introduce myself to all music lovers: DJBEAR a.k.a DJBERKAND “Purveyor of deep, infectious dance grooves and a feel-good atmosphere.” That’s how Berkand describes himself as a DJ. Never afraid to go too deep, his emotive musical selections are his own therapy. Having grown up on his father’s eclectic combination of Rock N Roll music (Elvis Presley,The Beatles), European pop stars (Mina, Julio Iglesias, Adriano Celentano), synth-infused 80s music (Depeche Mode, Gary Numan)… all which became infused with his own love for both disco, jazz and soft rock music, Berkand ended up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence. Today, this translates into sets where he picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of this music that he loves best: beautiful synth work, ethereal backdrops, brooding basslines, and occasional vocal hooks… all on top of a pronounced foot-shuffling house beat. A very active member of Deep House community, Berkand is no stranger to the ups-and-downs of a small-town music scene. Though he loves playing in nightclubs, patios and special events, his love for music goes beyond the spectrum of mixing tunes. DJ MC Mello has dedicated over 35 years to his craft as a DJ, starting in the mid-1980s. His repertoire includes a diverse range of genres, from Dance and House to Rock, Disco, and Old-school, among others. He has graced venues such as "The Scratch," "Club Crescent," and "Club Ozone" in downtown Montreal. Today, he continues to entertain as a mobile DJ for "Sound Express." In the early nineties, I've played professionally in Bratislava, at the time when the country begun it's transition to new and better times. Early on, I have tried to find my own style and take the extra effort to play stuff that nobody played, especially on the radio. We used to buy DMC previews from London, but more often than not we were on the road to Munich, and Vienna to buy stuff that was not on the charts. House music back then was simple. In 92, I've found my way to the US as a student and begun in Brooklyn with nothing but bag of clothes and about a grand in my pocket. It was an awesome time, the music scene in NYC was great, Funk Master, Junior Vasquez, Chris the Greek, Hot 97. I've spent a decade studying and working in the city, and eventually landed in Charlotte, NC. Once you were a DJ, you will never look at it the same way, you will always seek that new sound and inspiration. This platform allows me to experience that feeling once more!
