I started to Dj in 1999 at a small arfter party called Over indulgance playing trance and whilst there i was introduced to Hardhouse and was immeditly hooked, I still get nervous before every set but once im on the decks I start to relax and get into a groove im always watching the crowds reaction to the tunes they will soon let you know if your playing the wrong tunes. Over the years ive played some of Londons biggest promotions like Frantic Timeless, Party Proactive, Vinyl Impact,Hi-Frequency,SystemShock ,Bioshokk,Glowball ,Berserker Knight, Reqieum, Mind Over Matter , Sunnyside Up,Twisted,Primetime,,Smile, JustGroove,Xlr8, Epidemic, Backlash,Catch 23,Trinity and many more. Hi all and welcome to my page,i'm a bit of a marmite dj some love it some hate it,i freely admit i get carried away in the music and often play louder and harder than i probably should but that's the fun of it,it's what i enjoy, having started d,j'ing some moons ago at a friends party it's carried on from there. hard house has been a huge influence growing up and spent many a darkened night in a small club somewhere getting upto no good, first learning to dj on some gemini's i eventually got some 1210's and fully embraced all the music that was available often spending a whole day at this small local record store buying up all the hard dance music i could find, unfortunately as this collection grew some punk decided that my house should be robbed that night n took the lot with a few other things. it was a couple years before i gathered myself up and basically started again hard house had changed hard trance was becoming the new way, my music collection was small done a few nights here n there still love the scene but d,j'ing itself was changing with cdj's becoming ever popular,I had at 1st denied their existance keeping the 1210's but eventually i caved and sold them. I bought a pair of cdj 900's and have to say i should have done so earlier the sheer volume of music available is mindblowing and i'm able to experiment with new sounds bringing the party to the usual madness i seem to create wherever i go. pioneer cdj 900 x2 technics 1210 x1 pioneer djm 350 trusty 30 year old pioneer amp powering jbl sound system.

2 X CDJ 400's and djm 600 with 2 x KRK Rokit 6 monitors. Sennheiser HD125 and a Onkyo receiver 2 big KEF speakers. To much to list. Something of everything but "garage, hip hop , r&b" is a NO GO!!!! to me. Like downloading new stuff on regular basis. Get bored quickly if mixing same stuff over and over. Lived in London for last 3 years. I live for music and been partying seriously for the last 15 years. Met my best mate in London at a finger party who happened to be a DJ. He got me going at a party we went to at he's house and whallaaaaa I got bitten by the little bug. For the last 1 and 1/2 years we have been mixing at house party's together and frienships have just got pioneered. I got my logo designed and created a couple of cd's. Currently mixing with 2 X cdj 200's and a DJM 600. In the prosses of buying 2 X cdj 400's. My moto is "If you not into it for the love of music. ;Would you please F*&^%$ off". ; Listen to various but mainly mix Hard House , Hard Dance and German Trance. Favourite artists . Whats up as you already saw my name is Chad a.k.a. HouseRoKKa/PsYnapse and I am a DJ based in Durban, South Africa. I have been DJing since 2005, and I'm avid fan of electronic beatz. My love first started with Hard House, and since then my tastes have diversified also into progressive house, tech house, progressive trance, uplifting trance and more recently, progressive psy! I feel that my musical taste and diversity have evolved nicely since I started playing, and I am happy of the place I find myself in my DJ career at the moment. Outdoor trance parties are the way forward, and I'm looking forward to experiencing more of these type of events.
