DJ-Trademark

Having been established from the early days of the rave scene (and by the way, owning a record collection that most people could only dream of), we shouldn’t typecast Trademark into just a Drum & Bass DJ, far from it, yes he is a well known figure within the Drum & Bass community his unique DJ sets have sent him around over the globe but when it comes to a good tune no matter the genre you can bet your bottom dollar he’s got it. His love of the music, the scene and his unique ability to play eclectic sets covering a whole spectrum of dance music, Trademark has to be one of the most exciting DJ’s on the scene at the moment. His versatility to drop killer Drum & Bass sets right through to Old School classics has helped him gain a legion of fans ten times over. To sum up Trademark, well we can only really describe him as one thing, an out and out DJ. His passion is to play music and to entertain, this drives him, he’s not in it for the fame and fortune, he’s in it because he loves it. It’s as easy as that. Hi, I'm Dave, from Coventry, and i started djing way back in 1990, while still at school, inspired by legends Sasha and Carl Cox after listening to sets, given to me from older friends! I spent a lot of my time during the early 90's at the legendary club Eclipse, in Coventry, where i met lots of fantastic people including some of the finest DJ's around at the time, doing a couple of sets in Marco Polo, Birmingham. I also ventured across the midlands, clubbing wise, to places including Shelley's, Institute and Coast 2 Coast. After 5 years, i fell out of love with the scene, seeing as it was changing and not to my liking, to be honest and in 1995 i gave up raving and djing. Kept my vinyl, though, just in case!! Got back into it in 2006 after listening to online radio playing a lot of oldskool, and thought I'd give it another go. Not had the confidence to play out again, since but you never know..... Favourite DJ's. Carl Cox, Sasha, Ellis Dee, Stu Allan, Ratty, Tango, Ray Keith, Mark Archer. Clubs. Eclipse, Shelley's, Institute, Coast 2 Coast

https://www.mixcloud.com/Pulsewidth25/uploads https://www.facebook.com/Pulsewidth25 https://www.twitter.com/pulsewidth25 Proactively supporting & promoting labels and artists via my numerous house and drum & bass sets for the past 3 years now on Mixcloud, where I upload all my sets. A total music enthusiast since the mid 80's, I've flirted with hip-hop, funk, jazz, world music & all forms of IDM, but I'm particularly fond of house and liquid drum & bass. You will find here many different interpretations of these genres, usually with a soulful, jazzy & chilled vibe. As an amateur DJ I do this in what little spare time I have... although I ALWAYS find the time! This is for the love of the music. Feedback is always welcomed & appreciated. Thanks for listening :)

DJ TONY D : OVER 200 MIXES FREE FOR DOWNLOAD www.djtonyd.weebly.com/ Loads of other free mixes on housemixes.com www.house-mixes.com/profile/tony-d Friend me on Facebook for notification posts for when new mixes are up www.facebook.com/home.php#!/profi…php?id=681573913 . Started mixing in the late 80's,with house music like orbital,klf,8o8 state etc and the chicargo/detroit scene that was big around that time and moved right through into the beginning of Belgium techno and hardcore scene and into Jungle/ D&B from 92 onwards aswel. Would mix most styles of dance music from house to progressive, garage and big beat etc. If it had a beat and I had enough tunes for a mix id mix it. Loving the Hardcore Breaks / Nu skool Breaks scene at the moment, thats keeping the old skool scene going.I've never prepped or worked out a mix ever, just cue the first two and of i go with just the tunes laid out in front of me.This way i feel the music and vibe more and its where i get my kick, mixing the way it should be done. Will only upload a mix im sure makes the grade. I love doing mixes of megamixes too and upload them every couple of weeks or so.
