I'm a DJ born in 1965, I worked from 1986 in clubs in Milan and near, Italy. My DJ sets have always been created with Technics SL 1200 (of which I own two turntables) plus vinyl (I have about 10,000) and only in the last years of my career have I also used CDs with the legendary Pioneer cdj 100 players. I also experience of music productions, recording studios and DAW work. My favorite dj sets are a crossover of funky, 70's disco, afro, rock with funky influences to get to house music, which I've lived all seasons of. For me, with the experience of Dj sets with vinyl, working with controllers, consoles and liquid music files is extremely easy but absolutely fun; good fun! Pm me for collaborations, thank you!!! From Vauxhall NJ where I first heard a DJ by the name of George Potter who helped me create my first mix with two turn tables at the age of 13. Then there was Mark Thompson who helped me polish up my skills on blending. Other mentors to me are Vernon Roberts, Phase III Disco aka DJ Butch, and Larry Morman. But it was when I went to my first night club New Experience and listened to Mark Thompson mix with 3 turntables and a reel to reel and said this will be me someday. Then there was the Paradise Garage, what an experience. Larry Levan is a one of kind. It was when I heard him for the first time and learned it’s not about the mix but about the music and how you control the music. I took that being said to Germany where I spent 4 ½ years in the army DJ’ing around Europe in several night clubs and raves. The way you control the music puts you in complete control of the crowed. So I would just like to say to up and coming DJ’s out there, it’s not always your mix but the song you play and how you play it. The right song played the right way will always move crowed!!

I started DJing at the age of 18, when my mother asked me if I want a driving licence for my birthday or a record player - I decided for the record player ☺ My idols were and are Todd Terry, Westbam, Gary D., Paul Oakenfold, Steve "Silk" Hurley, Tyree Cooper, Matthias Heilbronn and many others. I spinned "live" at a few parties and at some clubs. I love all types of music, so I spinned "Salsa and Merengue" for a few years too - love the Latin vibe. My style depends on my daily mood ;)) House-Mixes is a great site to share our passion for music...keep the vibe alive ☺
