This is a concept mix series that has 3 official parts.  To enjoy it properly you need the 4 parts from me and 1 part from Kleez-one and begin listening
at 11pm 11/17/17.  No one is going to do this but I certainly am. :)

So Scott Osman decided to do another NASA type party in NYC this year.  I heard about it 2 months ago and began asking my friends if they wanted to
go.  One friend who claims to be a Joey Beltram fan said he couldnt right off the bat because he has a wife and kids (so?).  The other isn't really
into it so I can't blame him for not wanting to make the annoying trek into NYC with me.  The last friend already lives in Brooklyn, was a long
time raver buddy of mine, and so I thought maybe he would want to go.  Turns out I didn't hear back from him till a day before the event and
at that point it was impossible for me to go because of logistical issues.  I don't blame him either, he has his hands full with a wife and kids too so maybe going out to a rave revival party isn't in the cards anymore.  At that point too I already written this night off as a wash and
thought about doing a mix tribute series instead.  I was mainly interested in hearing Todd Terry and 2 Bad Mice.  Two acts who I never
saw in person before yet I own so many of their records.  Joey Beltram is usually good too.

So as the Nasa "Maskarave" came and went I began pulling records from my wall.  For the Todd Terry set I would just play Todd Terry records.
I'd have to play some 1988 classics but I'm really interested in the 1992 releases from him.  Many of which I still don't have but the ones
that I do blow my mind like "Massoka".  For the 2 Bad Mice set I would play what they are famous for... Prototype funky breaks.  Their
record "Bombscare" is credited with influencing the Florida funky breaks thing which I really wansn't into but it's still very cool.  For the
Joey Beltram set I would do what he did at the last Scott Osman party, NASA 20yr.  Joey played a few classics (Mentasm, Energy Flash, and
Word to the Wise) and mixed them with contemporary hard techno which I collected a lot of in 2006 so there you go!

I'm going to have my own lonesome Maskarave called "No Maskarave".  It's going to happen this Friday 11/17/17 and it will start at 11pm EST.
I'm going to fire up the High End Systems Trackspots, the Dataflashes, the Martin Fog machine, the audio rack, a bottle of red wine,
and the jams will occur.  If your as bored as I am, come join me virtually or just be like everyone else and download 3 times, then forget about it.
