my mixes are not being promoted i paid twice and still nothing. please help
You sent a payment of 7.50 USD to Web Mixes so why is my mix not showing and why did my payment not appear in the news feed. Second time in 4 weeks. Unacceptable.

Hi Alex I paid 7 for the featured place of my mix but nothing happen
Its midnight here and its over 21 hours since mine and others account were hacked but there is no one is providing information as I need to arrange for at least the last 2 promotions refunded as the mixes are no longer available.
If a security breach has a significant impact you must notify the ICO within 24 hours.You must also notify your users if they are likely to be affected.In some circumstances you or the ICO may also need to inform the wider public about a breach.
My profile has been hacked and all my mixes gone.
