Deep Tech House 100% vinyl mix using mastersounds Radius MKII rotary mixer and FX unit by me DJAlexSimms
It is fair to say that progressive melodic techno is where I am in my happy place…. and this mix is a total reflection of that.
The mix starts upbeat but deep as always, with some melodic vocals on Timanti & Just her’s ‘other side’ before it dips off the edge into a classic deep techno mix from some of the greats like Soul button and Patrice Baumel before a teasing vocal track to lift the mix with Joplyn’s fact and fiction. All classic stuff.
Then it's back in deep with some excellent tracks from Kasey Taylor and Jamie Stevens and YokoO to make your head nod and feet shuffle before dropping the classic which is Trentmollers ‘Moan'.
Act three starts with some progressive breaks from Khen before straight into more deep ethereal techno tracks taking the mix towards its conclusion with the excellent Sahar Z and Shai T’s beautiful vocal track ‘Colours’ to finish.
