On Facebook I said I wasn't going to post a long description but I lied because I'm a liar. There's a lot of great meloncholy/ heartbreak music that's been coming out lately and I've been toying with the idea of making a mix of all of it for the past couple of months. The mix starts out in a cold, dark place and kinda sits there for the first hour or so. There are a couple tracks where the vibe changes and things heat up for a second but immediately settle back in to coldness and meloncholy ... like a 60 degree day in March followed by a week of Winter. I knew I wanted there to be an abrupt change in energy, but I wanted it to make sense and I wanted it to flow. A "fuck all this sadness" moment. I think you'll know it when you hear it. Anyway, that's the story behind this one. I'm sorry if it's pretentious. (No I'm not)
