Bio

Deejay Iggy was born and raised in Zagreb (Croatia) and from his early childhood showed great interest in music. His first encounter with electronic music underwent in the early 90's and he immediately realized that this was his true love. Five years later, the first time he used turntables and a mixer. After the first couple of mixes he realized that he wants for his work in life to be music. His first public performance took place in 1996 and positive reactions from the audience gave him an extra motivation for future work. From that day until now he is working as a DJ, and by 2011 he has had more than 1500 appearances in clubs all over Croatia and Europe. In 2007 was his first performance in Club Papaya (Zrce, Pag, Croatia) and has been resident DJ at this club ever since. The club in question is one of top 100 best clubs in the world according to DJmag.com. His musical style is broad spectrum and his sets are imbued with house, tech-house and progressive sounds. During his long career he has played with many famous DJ's such as Shapeshifters, Freemasons, Junior Jack & Kid Creme, Tiesto, Erick Prydz, Tom Novy, Sandy Riviera, Sven Vath, Funkerman, Chris Lake, Joris Voorn, Dennis Ferrer, Arno Cost and others. Deejay Iggy je rođen i odrastao u Zagrebu (Croatia) te je od djetinjstva pokazivao veliki interes za glazbu. Prvi susret s elektronskom glazbom doživio je početkom 90-tih te je odmah shvatio da je to njegova prava ljubav. Pet godina kasnije prvi puta se susreo sa gramofonima i miksetom. Nakon prvih par mikseva shvatio je da se želi baviti glazbom u svom životu. Svoj prvi javni nastup održao je 1996. a pozitivne reakcije publike dale su mu dodatni motiv u budućem radu. Od tog dana pa sve do danas neprestano radi kao DJ, a do 2011. godine iza sebe ima više od 1500 nastupa u klubovima širom Hrvatske i Europe. 2007. prvi puta nastupa u klubu Papaya (Zrce,Pag,Croatia) i od tada je resident DJ u tom klubu koji je prema DJmag.com uvršten među 100 najboljih klubova na svijetu. Njegov glazbeni stil je širokog spektra a njegovi setovi su prožeti sa house, tech-house i progressive zvukom. U dugogodišnjoj karijeri svirao je uz brojne slavne DJ-e kao što su: Shapeshifters, Freemasons, Junior Jack & Kid Creme, Tiesto, Erick Prydz, Tom Novy, Sandy Riviera, Sven Vath, Funkerman, Chris Lake, Joris Voorn, Dennis Ferrer , Arno Cost i mnogi drugi.
