Dj Akipa is one of the true veterans in the Norwegian house scene. Starting his career at Norway’s first house-club, the legendary Project in his hometown Lillestrom. And he then moved on to another well known club in Oslo, Concrete club where he got his first residency! After the residency at Concrete he moved forward to play at many different events & clubs. Worth mentioning amongst them is Renaissance, Quart festival, Uforia & Heaven. Akipa had a break from the turntables a few years (2000-2003) but came back stronger than ever! So as a part of the famous Renaissance of Norway, his weekly residency at Buddha club & lounge bar, and residencies at his own monthly Orbit & and Motion nights made him one of the key players in the scene once again. Hard work and his love for progressive house/tech house resulted with gigs in the UK, Spain Ibiza, Thailand, Denmark, Greece, Hungary, India, Egypt, Marocco, Lithuania, Iceland, Sweden and more to come in the Future. From 2010 - 2014 Akipa played regularly at Bora Bora Ibiza and FUBAR club Koh Phangan Thailand.  As the music has changed the last years Akipa changed musically as well to play more tech-house, deep-house with his own progressive drive. Dj Akipa has preformed side by side with Dj`s such as: Inkfish, Nigel Dawson, Deadmau5, Oliver Moldan, Timewriter, Italoboyz, Andy Carvell, Nathan Viva, Funk D..Void, Alex Miles, Martin H, Dave Seaman, Hardy Heller, Oliver Lang, Matthew Dekay, Hardy Heller, Quivver, Seb Fontaine, Ian Ossia, and the list goes on and on
