DJ Jono Earle started his career over 10 years ago in some of Melbourne’s premier Clubs.
He is currently working at Lion Hotel Melbourne Central, Largerfield & Atrium Bar @ Crown, Clique Lounge & Turf Bar.
Over the years, he has hit the decks at the likes of Trak Showroom (opening night), Fusion (opening night), Odeon (opening night), Metro, Mercury Lounge, QBH, Room 680, Heat, Marquee Club, Anglers Tavern (Biggest Sunday in Melbourne) & many more.
You might hear Jono on air – He is one of the "Digital Vinyl DJ's" & has worked on a number of radio shows, including a number of NOVA NATION Club Music mixes, FOX FM House show, and their New Years Eve 3 hour midnight shows in ‘07/08, ‘08/09 & ‘09/10. The NYE show went out to millions of listeners Australia-wide.
He’s worked with some of Australia’s top DJs including Grant Smillie, John Course, Ivan Gough and Andy Murphy.
Jono Earle is consistently working in Melbourne, so it is likely you’ve seen him around. He has a unique musical style, which includes Mainstream, House, R&B and Retrospective tracks when requested. His remixes and edits of popular tracks have become the most requested throughout his sets.
DJ Jono Earle has performed with International and local bands – Rogue Traders, Moby, Vanessa Amorosi, Matchbox 20, Diesel, James Reyne, John Farnham, Jimmy Barnes, Duran Duran, New Order, Blondie (Debbie Harry) and many others.
From working with 100% vinyl, then CD, Jono now works from USB, and boasts a music library of 1000s of tracks, including rare remixes and one-offs.
His style of DJing is very different from any other that is heard these days. He is notorious for keeping the party flowing in a highly energetic manner, jumping to each songs’ chorus and high point. He eliminates the dead-space in between, maintaining a lively environment. It is eminent in his remixes and in his performances.
Being as versatile as the music he plays, DJ Jono Earle has covered all spectrums of events ranging from and not limited to: The Australian Tennis Open, Fox Fm Christmas Party, Nightclub Opening Nights, Bars, Mansion Parties, Engagements, Weddings, Social Networking Functions, Luncheons, Corporate Events, Art-Events, Fashion Shows, and Fundraisers.
