ok so heres my story.
about 30 years ago i went clubing all by myself sad!! i here you say but not really is my answer as i loved what Djs done and wanted to do it.
At first i used 2 portable cd players and a mixer that did not work out so well lol.
i then upgraded to cdj's paid loads of money but still felt as if my work was lacking in areas my beat mixing was way off and i had high and low tracks which sounded quite bad in the mix. i then had some lessons in beat mixing which helped me loads.
i joined up to house-mixes and met some very helpful people there who help me loads with my mixes
im still very critical of my own work and always mix on the fly.
i pay for all my tracks as i thank the ones who made them.
