The Wheel of Fortune turns. Sometimes you're high, sometimes you're low. Sometimes its house, sometimes its techno, but always progressing forward to something new.
The lines between the genres on these progressive sets are getting pretty well blurred. Its hard to tell where the house ends and the techno begins anymore, but that's just where the music wants to go sometimes.
