Almost a couple years have passed since the last in this series so decided to whip up a frenzy with some short songs to begin recording, with lots of vocal & party favourites from days gone by. That recent Sunday Dance Anthems mix which started as Nu Disco gave me the nudge for a Nu Disco vibe on this session. Enjoyed it too!
Slightly different vibe at home recording since for the first time included a Smoke Machine, Black Out Curtains & a new I-Phone to record a video mix to go with the recent Laser effects acquisition. Quite pleased with how the video looked so might play around with that too, watch this space!
Many favourites on this mix, love that Summertime, DJ Jazzy Jeff remix although probably the most sing along track which took me by surprise was Elton's "Love Me Again" number. Awesome drop!
Oh & lastly, I finally remembered some of the post production audio mastering tricks I used to make CD's with back in the UK (taken me long enough!!!) so hopefully one might notice a clearer & crisper sound again (excluding a few minor DJ Technical Hiccups ;-))
