Chilling on a Sunday afternoon recording in Hong Kong back in 2009, this mix became a firm favourite for an eliptical workout whilst overlooking the bright lights & big city of HK from within a roof top Gym! You can see the view whilst working out on the album cover for "Saturday Night Getting Ready in HK". Lovvvvveed that view!

Pryda's first couple of tracks simply ease the way in and Baby D is one which provides an instant lift. If I recall correctly, getting to Baby D was easy power exercise but by the next track, it was a battle until "In The Moment" when the sweat started to exasperate & felt like it was a good session. Rarely did I make the full mix of running.

My Favourite track at time of recording was "Let me be your Fantasy" by Baby D, fast forward to 2022 & "Nightshift" along with "In The Moment" are also enjoyable.

Photo album cover is of my favourite beach in Hong Kong. Used to love the scenic walk to get there and back again.
