Stumbled across this Venezuelan DJ living in Miami who had remixed loads of 80's disco era tunes, so decided to download them all and whip up a mix with some Pina Colada beverages too of course. Pedro has remixed all of these tracks. Credit where credit is due, I simply mixed my selection together as one sees fit. Enjoyable too.
Some real golden oldie classics on this one. Absolutely LOVE the Michael Jackson through to Tom Jones 6 tracks. I'd love to see Pedro remix some more tunes of this style!
When Queen drops, it's a nice finale to the mix with a couple extras thrown in after.
As far as sing along mixes go, in many places this took me back to the Karaoke/Disco days and certainly enjoyed singing out loud some of these whilst recording.
Still got a decent 82 more tracks, so perhaps might squeeze a part 2 follow up for this mix before the year is out.
