For the final session of 2022, I had hoped to top off 20 years of Ferris B Sessions with something special, it might possibly have turned out just perfect 🎶🎶🎶
Taking us on a spiritual journey through some Organic & Progressive House music, am loving the sounds on this session as it touches just right!
The Doors, as one of my most favourite bands is a great start to open the mix & sets the tone for what is to follow. Radiohead, R.E.M., Queen, HOKI, Dua Lipa, A-Ha, Hot Since 82 are superb tracks. Can't not think of my mate Dave from school when Radiohead comes on, used to love singing anything by Radiohead so took me back to school days.
Finally, what better way to close the mix than a remix of "Need to Feel Loved". I'd yet to see a better remix than the Adam K & Soha timeless classic but this version gives the song a new dimension and I love it...possibly just as good...?
The album cover this time is a classic "Firmament" drawing of our realm under the Star's, Moon & Sun. with of course the Tree of Life. We shall see more of this topic in 2023.
