Concluding a Pink Panther themed Trilogy with the first one put out last … I am pleased to offer this “love themed” selection of tracks where we predominantly feel good about music from the past. Suitable for a party down at the local or, perhaps in ones home or, if on a decent road trip, this selection of feel good, foot tapper vibes is sure to be a regular on the playlist at home & in the car for motorway journeys.
Tracks are all recent remixes though original songs were released more than 30 years ago & memories came flooding back from the Disco/Karaoke Stu era, out with the lads from school, Fiona, Clare, Karen & Jo etc. Am sure I recall Kate Reece also favouring a few of these classic tunes during the footie nights out when RJ would also make an appearance.
Thanks to what is now Muzzell Lighting of Plymouth, Disco/Karaoke Stu always had a decent sound system and lights ready for the mobile DJ set up.
Favourite remixes here (although I love them all) are Barry White with Can’t Get Enough Of Your Love, Climie Fisher with Love Changes & Philip Oakey, Giorgio Moroder with Together In Electric Dreams. The later finishes of the session perfectly as would have been a great end of night tune back in the day.
