Found as an unlisted CD with no album cover in amongst the collection at home in Devon, this mix upon listening to it, I vaguely recall recording either at Plymouth in the lads pad “Shallow Mansions” or, my parents house using Vinyl, so I’ll estimate around 2003/2004. One thing I do recall is how much I used to enjoy that Soul Avengerz vibe as dropped those tunes often, also the opening track was a regular set starter.
Many of these tracks would have been played at Candystore nightclub on Union Street, especially that Jamiroquai song, it was a firm favourite of mine in the back “Funky House” room :-)
Shakedown “At Night” has appeared on various sessions over the years and has seen many remixes from many top artists although this one seems to be one I completely forgot about, gonna have to see if can find that record to see what remix it is, love it.
Funky House vibes from start to finish, love it. 20+ years old this one, still sounds great (to me at-least anyways)
