2013 has been a fantastic year for uplifting trance with a lot of amazing tunes from both newcomers and established producers. Let's hope 2014 continues this way!This is the first part of my EOYC for 2013. I have gathered some of the tracks that has been really good and has meant alot to me, but just didn't reach the top 10 spot.
01 Ahmed Romel & Tonny Nesse - Alva (Intro mix)
A track that first got played at FOSE300. Fell in love with it from day 1. Amazing work from both Ahmed Romel and Tonny Nesse!02 Matt Bukovski & Andy Elliass & Abys - Cheops (Original mix)
A track I really thought would get into my top 10 when I heard it and a long time after. Beautiful track!03 Ahmed Romell - Victory (Original mix)
Also first played on FSOE300 in Ams (wrote it correctly this time, Erkka). Beautiful melody, emotional break, Wonderful.04 Sergey Nevone & Simon O'Shine - Great Expectations (Original mix)
Cried the first time I heard this. Along with the beautiful video that came with it. Break is so emotional and let your feelings just flow around.05 tranzLift - Never Forget (Touchstone remix)
Amazing remix by Touchstone! Heard this one in one of his radio shows and was wondering for months the ID on it. So emotional. Pure class!06 Blue Tente - The Lost Angel (Photographer remix)
My fav track from Photographer this year. Not the most played one all around, unfortunately. Break and melody is amazing. 2013 was a good year for them.07 Binary Finary - 1998 Tonny Nesse remix - Re Edit)
One of the tracks that were closest on getting into the top 10. I love this remake, and re edit, Tonny made of this track. Underplayed. Without the best of the remixes done this year.08 Philippe El Sisi & Ahmed Romel - Gloria (Original mix)
GREAT memories from FSOE300! The track that just made me burst into tears when I first heard it there. The break is so wonderful.09 Ciro Visone - Luce (Original mix)
Totally underrated. I have not heard this in any radio show or live sets. So sad to be honest. Track is just brilliant. Released in mid Dec.10 Allen & Envy - The Cry Within (Original mix)
It has been a huge year for Allen & Envy! This was probably one of the tracks that were closest to getting into my top 10 in 2013. They've had alot of amazing remixes and productions this year. Well done guys!
