2013 has been a fantastic year for uplifting trance with a lot of amazing tunes from both newcomers and established producers. Let's hope 2014 continues this way!

And this is it! Part II of my Emotions EOYC. My favourite 10 tracks of 2013. Those who are best produced and/or meant the most to my this year.

#10 Lostly feat Roberta Harrison - These Streets (Allen & Envy Vocal remix)
The only track in my top 10 that has vocals in it. My fav track from Allen & Envy this year. Had me hooked on the from the first listen on their SoundCloud page.

#09 Dreamy - Brothers Dearly (Ico remix)
Also a track that has not been played much this year. This one really gives me and oldschool feeling. Few tracks have done it in ages, so all credit to Ico for making such and amazing remix of this one.

#08 Simon O'Shine & Sergey Nevone - Apprehension (Aly & Fila remix)
Who can not love this one? I really can't decide which of the remix or original I like the best. Remix has a little bit harder edge to it, but the original is even more emotional than this. Simply amazing work from them all.

#07 Darren Porter & Manuel Le Saux - Stormchaser (Original mix)
All hail to mr Porter and Le Saux for this production. Emotional, beautiful, but still has a hard edge to it. The piano break is touching as hell, and the melo is simple, but strong!

#06 Ian Standerwick - The Shadowland (Touchstone remix)
Released in February A track that I said when it came out was a possible candidate for tune of the year. Didn't hear it getting played too much. Such a shame. Tune is amazing, with a HUGE melody. Well done Touchstone

#05 New World - Fields Of La Tourette (Epic mix)
Break of the year? At least not far from it. Pure emotional from New World. Such good emotions coming from this track. One I can just lay down in bed and close my eyes to. Brings back so many memories. Beauty!

#04 Commander Tom - Are Am Eye (John Askew remix)
It's not possible NOT to have this one in the top 10. Almost jizzed when I first heard it on ASOT. Had huge hopes on hearding this on ASOT600 as well and Askew truely delivered by starting with it. I totally went nuts to it, and almost even more when Indecent Noise played it later that night. HUGE tune!

#03 Darren Porter & Gareth Weston - First Contact (Extended mix)
I said for a long time that this would be my tune of the year. Crazy enough it ended "only" as 3rd. It is one well produced track. Dark and emotional with a break that beats most in years. This is close to perfection and I will listen to this one alot in the following years. Well done, Weston and Porter.

#02 Sergey Nevone & Simon O'Shine - The Robot's Time (Original mix)
There has simply been too many great tracks this year. The fact that this one only made 2nd spot is sick. Totally different from what you usually hear from these two, but holy feck what a tune they created. First heard this in April when the youtube clip came online and loved it ever since. Such a shame it took so many months to release it. It gives a special kind of emotions to me. It's kinda dark, but yet so emotional. Break and melody is fantastic. Cheers, Simon!

#01 Adam Ellis - Napalm Poet (Original mix)
First heard this at ASOT600 when Kearney played it and I went completely nuts. Having no idea which I was I searched when I came home, but it was still only ID - ID. Had to wait some time before it got ID'ed and even longer till it got released. But what a tune, guys! Listened to it like 10 times every day for months. So frekkin' banging, so beautiful, such an amazing break and the melody... Fuck me. This is uplifting trance at its best. Thank you for this one, Adam!

Thanks for listening and see you again in 2014.
