Well I'm a 16 year old aspiring DJ In the Monterey bay area.
Initially I was planning on using soundcloud to upload mashups, however as of late some people are being dicks and are forcing people to take down mixes. That's just wrong, dude.
Anyway my current plan is to master using a software controller, maybe upgrade from my Mixtrack Quad to something (in my opinion) a bit more professional, such as the NS7II or Pioneer DDJ- SX or SZ. Eventually I want to upgrade to vinyl. I want to learn to scratch like a pro! >:D Sadly I don't have four grand lying around, so it doesn't look like that turntables/CDJ's will be entering my life any time soon. Unless Pioneer sends me stuff. Which would be cool. But there's a snowball's chance in hell that they will at my current level/understanding of DJing.
