Akash is an internationally acclaimed DJ, but is a true kolkatan by heart, with a huge fan following all around the world . Party goers swear by his signature DJ style and expertise. Once he is behind the console there is no looking back, he sends the crowd into an ecstatic journey into the world of rhythm music and dance. 
Akash was born in Mumbai on 9th. 
While partying his favourite track is(Freddy Mercury/Queens) “I WANT TO BREAK FREE.” Kishore Kumar has been a big influence on Akash ,his all time favourite track being “Ruk Jana Nahi, Tu Kabhi Haar Kay”.
He has remixed Tracks like Sadher Lau, which became a national rage overnight. Some of his popular remixes are- Ki Jala, Love Game, Duku Puku for Bengali Movies.
He broke into the national remix circuit with the Movie VIRSA for which he remixed a track , Yaadan sung by the pakistani singer Jawad Ahmad. from there on he has remixed for movies like Apartment and many more. He had also released a self written and composed track titled AMI BHI BANGALI AACHE which is sung by various artist and the video features 25 prominent personalities of kolkata. Along with bengali and Hindi songs he has remixed Sindhi songs. He has also remixed two songs for a hindi album titled "Terrey liye - Reloaded".
Akash has done the entire music for a popular Tv Channel "TAAZA TV". 
His album " Raghupati Raghav 2011 " released by Hamara Music , was a Rage all over. 
The work list doesnt stop here. He has created the Signature tune and the Jingle for 107.8 Power fm.
