As I selected tracks for this set, I found it encouraging when a theme of hope emerged, at least among the tracks with vocals, and so I rolled with it. This last year has felt especially challenging. I hope this set can function as a reminder that things are really not that bad, and that they do eventually get better anyway. I find it can be hard to remember that in the moment.
