I have loved all forms of Dance music since discovering the Rave scene in 1990 at Energy, Raindance, The Crazy Club, World Dance etc etc. Raving and E's changed my World forever!! DJ Heroes include: Carl Cox, Sasha, David Morales, Tall Paul, John Digweed, Fabio and Grooverider, Danny Rampling. Paul Oakenfold, Brandon Bloc and the brilliant Steve Lawler. I learnt to mix on a pair of Soundlab DLP 3's with very basic mixer!!! Always wanted a pair of Technics 1210's but never quite had the money!! Haven't had a mix for quite a few years now, but would love to try mixing digitally, must be so good. I now have a young family so Clubbing days etc are virtually over, but still love all forms of House music. I love proper 'Deep House' but still like a bit of Progressive and Techno every now and then! Favourite all time clubs: Ku Ibiza, Peach at Camden Palace, Cream and the very early Hed Kandi days. Would love to go back to Ibiza and watch my hero Carl Cox playing pumping Techno in the 'Space' Discotecca. 'Space... oh yes, oh yes' !!!!! Will upload a mix one day when I get the time and the equipment! In the meantime I would like to thank all the DJ's that upload all of their brilliant mixes. Keeps me going through the daily grind !!! Extra respect to DJ Toni Tiger, DJ Rog (Roger Bridge), Migzy, JayRock, DJ Ebo, Rob Styles, Fredstar-Rocks,Roger Miller, DJ Valiku, MixPat, and Maxitronic. I started mixing in the early ’80s with regular disco music, hey, I was just a teenager! :P Later on, I bought my records at Hotsound and Midtown Records in Rotterdam, two amazing places to dig for vinyl. I really miss those days of crate-digging. When I first heard “Chicago House,” I instantly fell in love with the sound. Think of tracks like J.M. Silk, Jack Your Body, Move Your Body, pure magic. In the ’80s, I often went to Bluetiek-in, the disco in Rotterdam at the time. Peter Slaghuis (R.I.P.) was the resident DJ there, and he truly inspired me with his sampling techniques. That pushed me to experiment with my Akai S500 sampler, MIDI sequencing, and sampling all of which really helped me take my mixes to the next level. A lot has changed since then, but I’m still mixing today. My latest gear: the smooth Pioneer XDJ-RX3!

Started to listen to oldschool and Dutch hardcore music when i was 13 years old. I'm still a big festival fan and so i got hooked on Techno-music and industrial influences. Since late 2010 i purchased my first midicontroller and the Traktor software to begin my one big hobby "mixing my favourite music". Because i really don't like the allday-everyday type of music, this inspired me to mix more "underground"types of music like the great heroes of techno Chris Liebing, Speedy J and the whole CLR crew wich are the best performers for my kind of Techno.A very wide interest of music makes me mix a big variety of music types from (deep)house to hardcore and (minimal)techno Since the beginning of 2012 i have purchased the NI Kontrol S4 so i don't have any limits while mixing!I practise almost everyday for several hours because i really enjoy doing it.Please follow me to keep updates of my mixes.Greetings from Holland
