Founder of Co Founder of FutureFunk Foundation. A global online home for house music, featuring Bios, Mixes and links to some of the hottest producers tracks! As a child, Groove grew up Surrounded by House Music. All his closet friends were professional Dj's and promoters and gave him a chance as a child to meet and be around some real legends in the industry and develop a deep love for the Jack. As a DJ this is definitely one to keep an eye on.With some his style behind the decks you can see why he got the Dj name GrooveSetta...Being that he is a New Jacker on the scene. He is just starting out and has already played with the likes of Dj's Speedie and Huggie, Wattie Green and headlined a couple times as well.As a Producer this man is very passionate. Playing drums, bass, guitar and keys since he was a child, and just starting to tackle the saxophone. He began his electronic music production many years , starting with a Dr-202 Drum machine an an Sp-808 Ex Sampler. He explains those years as the year he gave up video games. Since then he has Co-produced in 3 different studios, Producing many local RnB and Hip Hop Artists, until he found Deep House. With his next collaboration, him and his partner collaborated and created some of the music that was later released for a Deep house live act called Soul System.Fast forward a few years from then and you'll find him a year from now starting FutureFunk Foundation. A collective of Dj's and Producers that all share the same love of House Music. FutureFunk's Mission is to connect House music lovers all over the world. Through his networking skills he found himself releasing his first remix "Soul Deep Collective Ft. Rainy Payne , Complicated (The FutureFunk Remix). He admits that he didn’t take it as seriously as he should and when the release hit the Stompy top 100 is when he decided to hit it hard and pour his passion in. Not liking his style on the last remix , he changed the production name to BeatPimps and wen't back to the drawing board and went for a more funky Jackin' style and released IR015 BeatPimps "Talkin' Music" with remixes by Wattie Green, Chris Robson and Jackin' Box'. At This point he has 3 different releases he is working on and is definitely a producer to keep your eye on. GrooveSetta is currently enrolled at Full-Sail University for a Bachelors Degree in Music Production.

Integrity Records/Plushouse Recordings/Drizzle Music/Jack Locker Recordings/CHFM / Greenhouse Recordings/ Tastie Music/ BIO I fell in love with house music at the early age of 17. The year was 1994 and the Midwest rave scene was just starting to blossom. I took a liking to the sound coming out of Chicago. Some of my early influences were; Dj Sneak, Derrick Carter, Miles Meada, Traxx, Justin Long, Cajmere and Lego. I would end up starting my DJ career on Chicago’s north side. There I worked for Sun Ra Productions and played such parties as Cosmic Cup of Cappuccino alongside Boo Williams, Derrick Carter and Robert Armani. I later made connections with Terry Martin and was booked to open up for Derrick Carter at Chicago’s very own Smart Bar. I eventually took my knowledge back to Wisconsin and joined forces with 3D Concept Entertainment. We pooled our ideas together and brought a dance mecca to the Fox Valley. Like all good things in small cities it eventually came to an end. I then took time to travel and play throughout the United States mostly in L.A., San Diego, Mexico, Phoenix and down South. I was able to bring the Chicago house sound to area's heavily influenced by breaks and drum n bass and it was received well by all. After about 4 years off from the industry i moved back to Wisconsin from my home state of Michigan. There I began to work with Epiphic, which was an up and coming house music collective ran by my good friend Michael John. We once again had a thriving house music scene back in the Appleton and Green Bay areas, which lasted for some time. Michael and I started to produce tracks for his record label Epiphic Recordings. Using the aliases of Sterling Johnson & Tyrone James we released two e.p.s on Epiphic. In 2009 I met up with an old friend and decided to start another collective, which would later turn out to be Future Funk Foundation. We worked very hard together and by 2010 we had 2 releases out on Integrity Records. I am currently working on my own solo projects. The first being The Full Spectrum e.p. which is set to be released on June 15th 2011 on Integrity Records. I would like to give a special shout out to my good friend Kay Jay of Soul Deep Collective for believing in me and inspiring me to fulfill my dreams. Sean ~ I have been listening to them all. I'm not sure if my comment got posted but this is what I wrote. "A Revolutionary Deep Soulfull Transformation of Inner Isolation and Pain, which very few Survive, into a Marching Rhythmic Beat leading others to a Safe Spot on the Planet Earth" ~P~
