I am an amateur DJ, been doing so for 4+ years now. Currently, I DJ at house parties, at special events, banquet hall parties, and a few clubs and some weddings here and there. This is the official home of my very own podcast show, RaveFM (formerly known as the DJ Capito Podcast). I will be uploading all of my mixes that I create on here, short or long in length. I primarily use Mixed In Key's newest DJ software Flow, and the odd time I'll use the Pro version of Virtual DJ 7, and getting used to Serato DJ Intro and Traktor Pro. For mashups, I usually use Mixmeister Studio, Sony Acid Music Studio, Logic Pro, or Mixed In Key Mashup. I also use Logic Pro for productions and GarageBand to make the podcast. Please comment on my mixes. Heck, download them if you like them or if you just want to. Say whatever you want, though positive feedback and any constructive criticism would be appreciated. I will also be uploading my original productions, mashups, and remixes here too so give them some love. I strat Dj -ing at very urly age for few years, then I stop for few years and then the Love parade in Berlin and actually Tresor compilations make me return behind the players again . People say the music you play is like your soul, whichever is true or not. I like spendig time and mixing. Have a good time listening and Enjoy what you like to do, life is too short. I hope you will spend some time to rate or leave your comments- be honest you won't hurt me or the other Dj's, they want to learn and this is the way when you leave comments about their mixes

DJ HafDer : 15 years of djing in different clubs in Belgium. (79 - 94) I´ve started my career playing disco then new wave,later new beat ,house, dance and Latino. From 93 my wife and I had a cocktailbar for several years at the Belgian coast which didn´t leave much time for a professional dj career, but I still spinned the records from time to time on several parties. After selling the bussines we moved to the beautiful and sunny Island Fuerteventura - Islas Canarias, where I still do some gigs and make mixes as a hobby. The below write up pretty much sums up how deeply I love music......and how I always have for as far back as I can remember. This part of me will never change.....not ever. ~ You don’t have to be a musician to be in love with music. It plays a significant part in shaping all of our personalities and identities, even toddlers react to music first before anything else. A life without music would be terribly boring and quite hard to fathom. Below is a list of reasons why music is indispensable and probably just as important as breathing. ~ 1. Music kicks in every time words fail. Haven’t we all told our special someone how we feel through a song 2. It’s your only constant companion while traveling. Plug in your ear phones and disconnect with the commotion around 3. Music binds us even in diversity. You may not understand a language and yet the song moves you deeply 4. On several occasions a song becomes synonymous to a loved one. It often defines all the emotions you’ve ever shared. 5. Music is also an instant mood lifter. You have a happy list, a sad list, a drinking list. 6. It’s in fact hard to fathom any celebration now days without factoring in the music for it. Birthdays, Christmas, Weddings, etc.... 7. It doesn’t matter if you can sing or not, but no one can stop you from singing when you want to 8. Music is the key to creativity. Most people working in a creative environment believe good music is crucial. It’s both evocative and a great stimulant says science. 9. Studies also suggest that music in the near future will have the ability to heal Parkinson’s and speech disorders. 10. Science says that music has the power to affect your brain and even change the way it works! 11. Most importantly music is very spiritual. It taps into that certain part of people that sometimes really need to be awakened. ~ Music can change the world because it can change people.
