This is part 1 of 3. This is a suite of mixes that I made based on Raymond "Grooverider" Bingham's
legendary performance at Helter Skelter - The Funhouse club night. It took me 19 years
to get all of these records so I was going to make the most out of these by making more
then one tribute set. This set here is the exact order of _records_ that Grooverider played
and the exact tracks. I tried to mimic his mixing as close as possible as well. This is
the real deal remake of this classic set. This set was really special to me as it was one
of the first mp3 sets I downloaded. I was seriously impressed with how he plays
Masters at Work "Just A Lil Dope" on the wrong speed. I thought it was an earlier
version of Rabbit City * 003 and sort of it was but not really. Also the first record
I found from this set was World Dominance "Compression" at an antique record show.
I was so happy to have found it I was nearly in tears! Anyway thats the story.
You better dig dis or Grooverider will be angry.
UPDATE: I just got cyberbullied by the admin of a Discogs sub group called
Oldskool Lovers 88 - 93. His name is "Bunkerheadz" and apparently he feels
I'm not good enough to receive a "thank you" for uploading this mix.
I've gotten pretty mean comments from him before but this one takes the
cake. I had to unsubscribe from that forum once and for all. It bothers
me a lot that folks just want to leach my mixes without at least saying
something to the effect of "thank you". I'm not making any money sharing
any of these mixes and these mixes cost a lot of money and time to make.
Here is the thread. I removed all links to my mix here.

Playing that masters at work track on the wrong speed, must have been a thing back then. I have it on a Krome and Time set from 1991. I didn't know what it was until now.

I am amazed you have put up with what seems like a lot of wankers, collecting these wonderful tunes. It seems like they are bitter that you have the patience and energy to collect and mix fantastic records in a superior fashion. Fwock dem conts. (In a Brummie accent)
