have something very
special for your listening pleasure.

As
the
summer of 2019 is well and truly upon us, I really
wanted to
compile a series of mixes to reminisce the
many memories and the
music
from 30 years ago. A year that had such great music, the year that
really kick-started my career as a “Club” DJ and
playing regular guest spots at events UK wide. This would
also be
the year that would change
me as a person forever….1989.

All
the
music featured
in THE
SUMMER
OF LOVE SERIES
of
mixes
will feature many of the Rave Anthems from the 1989 era. There
was so much great music from this era, spanning many genres of dance
music.

I
hope I’ve managed to capture many of your favorite tunes over this
and the forthcoming mixes in this series. Obviously, there are far
too many to feature them all.

raves.
My
experiences of joining convoys and driving to the parties will stay
with me forever. Sometimes, the journeys hold better memories for me
than some of the parties itself. So, the
tracks that
I’ve
selected
in
this mix,
take
me
right
back to
my many experiences
of traveling to a
party and getting myself
and my friends in the mood.
