I have always been around music since those heady days of stop/start taping of pirate radio stations....(very useful for developing editing techniques.)...Early influences were moog based /synth sounds ,fat baselines,and rhythm guitar licks ,eg nile rodgers,brass construction ,fatback,bootzy collins,and of course the late great GODFATHER OF SOUL.(JAMES BROWN)...basically anything WITH FUNK!...Then came ELECTRO,again synth based sounds ,eg gary newman,kraftwerk,omd,new order........... dj..d @various underground parties,M.O.S . ibiza..GIVE/H.O.H/ TENDER/FLY/KIMBERLEY/GOLDEN DELICIOUS/SUNNY-SIDE UP/MY FRONT ROOM,MY WEDDING!DARBY&JOAN, ET AL . musical influences again very varied ,love , breaks,deep house, melodic trance,funky house,trippy d`n`b,and, and .... basically everything !! which hopefully is reflected in my tunes ! .i also must mention Laurent webb (wubble u),whom is not only a great friend ,but has helped me enormously, with regards developing my studio skills .....! luv ya......xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ; timewriter.terry lee brown.olivier lieb.roberto rodrigues.joris voorn,leftfield,way out west,orbital,and radioslave.....

Originating from sunny Bournemouth town and loving every second of dj life down on the UK South Coast is XJ. A passionate and meticulous dj whose pin point precision mixing, together with sensational tune selection has his crowds up and glued to the dance floor. XJ applies his sharp and seamless style predominantly to Drum & Bass, House, Trance and Hard Dance, but also enjoys the challenge of dabbling in other genres. XJ has had music running through his veins since birth and began getting more closely involved with music at the age of 13 when he picked up the mic and tried his hand at being an mc. After a few years on the mic XJ had the urge to mix and started messing around on a few of his friends decks. He then became a family man at an early age so XJ took some time out from the music scene and in 2005, he finally acquired his own setup. After a couple of years playing his vinyl at every chance he could get, XJ was ready to play out in his home town. He got involved with some local events and played at several Bournemouth hot spots including The Old Fire Station, Empire, Dusk till Dawn and DNA. When XJ attended university in 2010 he met a few like-minded dance music enthusiasts and together they launched their first drum and bass event Fracture in Bournemouth at the club Dusk Till Dawn. After the success of this event XJ’s passion and drive grew and the rest is history. His monthly residency at SoHo has become a regular hot spot for the local, house hungry bar hoppers. In 2017 XJ toured around Ibiza for his debut on the clubbing island, supporting the Parasol Ibiza Tour in association with Darkest Before Dawn Records. In 2018 he took his skills and sound to Ayia Napa as a resident DJ for Ayia Napa House Party hosted by House Party Events, along with house legend Junior Jack and 48 other national and international djs. In 2019 XJ returned to Ayia Napa with House Party Events alongside his fellow residents and up and coming djs Craig Knight, Franky Wah and Hot like Detroit. Next up in June 2019 will be XJs first festival slot, Home Farm Fest in Somerset, followed by his next summer booking at the largest festival in Wales: Logic Festival. The next step for XJ is production so watch this space! I grew up in Zadar, revealed music very young in the mid 90's, and then begin my interest in electronic music, while at the beginning of 2000s i purchased my first dj equipment and began to investigate the various genres of electronic music, like deep, funky, tech, vocal, disco, soulful and classic house, and from producers who have influenced my choice of music there are: Christian Hornbostel, Marshall Jefferson, Frankie Knuckles, Ronn Carroll, Basement Jaxx, Armand Van Helden, Larry Levan and the entire Chicago house scene and pioneers of house music . Behind me are various residencies in clubs like: GOTHAM club (Zadar), FORUM club (Zadar), LA HABANA beach club (St. Philip and Jacob / Zadar), MAYA pub (Zadar), Zoilo bar (Zadar), SATURNUS disco (Zaton / Zadar) YACHTING bar (Zadar), and collaborated with other clubs: MARASCHINO bar (Zadar), HITCH club (Zadar), Q bar (Zadar), Arsenal (Zadar), Shambala (Zagreb), Mango (Zadar), Carpi More (Biograd), Dali Bar (Zadar), etc. I also worked as a promoter of nightlife and club music on the radio 057 (Zadar). Curently resident dj at Guma bar Zadar.

At just 12 years of age, DJ TITO “LATINO” began exploring his raw skills in DJ’ing. DJ Tito Latino, born Richard Jimenez, was born and raised in Chicago’s Logan Square area, in the very city where House music was born. His interest, love, and talent in the music arena grew while listening to the one and only 102.7 FM W.B.M.X. where he was first exposed to legendary house DJ’s like Jesse Saunders, DJ Ralphi “The Raz” Rosario, Kenny “Jammin” Jason, Farley “Jackmaster” Funk, and Mickey “Mixin” Oliver on Friday and Saturday nights. For DJ Tito Latino, it was the beginning of a new chapter of his life as he coined the name DJ Tito “Jumpin Jimenez” and although young and fresh he quickly became a well-known DJ in the Chicagoland area! He began DJ’ing Guest spots in the teen club scene then worked his way up to the Chicago night club scene playing mostly a variety of styles of house music. With the influx of popularity in the Latin industry he gradually changed his genre to Latin filling clubs with his unique mixes that incorporated salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaeton, EDM, future house, Latin House, and progressive house. Tito’s love of house music never faded and after several years in the house music scene he made a big change in his career by changing his DJ name from DJ TITO "JUMPIN'’ JIMENEZ TO DJ TITO ”LATINO’' Although he changed his name, the talent, expertise, and raw skill he brought never changed and only grew in popularity. Now an extremely well known DJ in the industry, with 33 years of experience, he continues to share his music to all his fans nationally. Aside from an extensive and multifaceted experience in DJ’ing he is currently the owner/CEO of Fuze Entertainment, a mobile DJ company out of Aurora, IL. DJ Tito Latino continues to make impactful contributions in the music industry continuing DJ’ing in guest spots in the night club industry and holding residencies in and around the greater Chicagoland area.
