Started off way back in 2000 with a pair of gemini xl 500II decks and Gemini PS-540i mixer ortofon concord dj cartridge's and last but not least a big box of vinyl (mainly Bassline house and speed garage and a few funky house tracks). Then around 2009 I switched to CD with a dodgy Kam set up which I didn't like lol so i opted for a conroller started with cheep and cheerful and gradually built up to my current DDJ 1000 which absolutely love, (each to their own ehh haha) Still miss my vinyl all these years later, but now I have the ddj1000. My plan is to at least get 1 vinyl deck maybe a second one a little later. Also many years ago around 2004 I started playing on my pal Ste Busby's (aka (the producer) Buzzby) radio station "Loco's FM" playing bassline house and Speed garage, and over years I've played on many other station, currently I play on React Radio Uk Sundays 2-4pm playing mainly house and dance from all eras, then again on Thursdays 6-8pm playing bassline house and Speed garage, I'd love to play in a club or organised event but it just hasn't happened as I wouldn't know where to start to get out there, who knows ehh, maybe one day, but for now I'm quite happy doing what I do, So basically I'm just a very humble bedroom DJ, which absolutely loves all kinds of dance music from the 80s to present day.

Chris Carragher otherwise known as Chris Caggs, Aged 48 is an Australian Radio DJ, Music Programmer & Podcaster in the Australian Radio Industry almost 30 years. He’s broadcasted across 16 radio stations as a permanent on air resident with a further 200 radio stations across the Community Radio Network (ComRad Satellite) In July 1998, Chris Caggs dream became a reality hosting his permanent radio show with co-host Mista-C on Australia’s 1st Hip Hop & RnB Community Radio Station Pump FM 99.3FM Sydney. The station relaunched as dance radio 99.3fm playing Hip Hop & RnB on a Monday & Tuesday Night further relaunching as Dance FM 94.5fm in August 2000. Later in 1998 Chris Caggs joined DJ-FM 87.6FM a 24/7 fulltime Dance Station for Inner City & Sydney CBD run by the Robert’s Media Group. Robert Iezzi was the owner & DJs included Frank Chiment, Antonio Avati, Joe Avati, Susie Stapleton, Dave Einfield & Andre Waitsmrn, Joe Corte, Rob Brizzi & More with Sponsors Central Station Records, Telstra, Carlton & United, Noizenet, Pulse Music, SBA Music, Free FM 96.9 CDs' with thanks to Craig Payne and Dean K & Rebecca Tynan was the mairketing & communications manager. DJ-FM 87.6 Sydney CBD & Inner Suburbs ceased in 1999 with a new concept of a brand new Dance station Rhythm FM 87.6 run by Timmy Byrne & Phil K the team behind Melbourne's successful Kiss 90fm now broadcasting in Melbourne Greater Metropolitan Area as Kiss FM Dance Music Australia on 87.6FM, 87.8FM and 88.0FM. Chris Caggs met Timmy Byrne and Phil K who were responsible for their compilation cds. In October 1999 - January 2001 Chris Caggs was on air and in music programming on Groove FM 94.5FM & 96.9FM Sydney broadcasting from Railway Square's Wild FM Studios with thanks to Darren Leigh, Mike Scott & Fabrizio Vilardo and hosted weekday Breakfawt show and Weekends/. He worked with Andrew G on Channel [V] Channel 10 The Bachelor, The Masker Singer, Bessie Bardot, Rene Rivkin of the Rivkin Report, DJ Nino Brown, Georgina Reed, Sam Boutros, Natasha Zuvelq MTV, Yvette Duncan MTV, Channel 9, Zoe Naylor MTV + more. A massive shout to all the DJs, Selectors, MCs, Producers, Promoters, Artists. UNDERGROUND HOUSE MUSIC is by far my favourite music genre. A massive shout to WBLS | SOUL NATION | LEGEND | UNITY | BUZZ FM radio stations from back in the day. Also, The Hacienda | Wiggly Worm | Cavern | Sankeys Clubs and then Bowlers. I am not a DJ but I do like attempting to put a mix together. I have started to mix and record some of my favourite tunes. So hope you enjoy.
