Exit Point’s passion for the music began in the early 90s, a fan of the ‘Madchester’ sound of The Stone Roses & Happy Mondays, from here, his musical tastes shifted to the underground Rave sounds of the mid 90’s after being introduced to a mixtape by a friend. This led to Exit becoming an avid listener of the local pirate stations, Mix FM, Fresh FM (Leicester) & KooL FM (Birmingham).This keenness further led Exit to take up DJ'ing, initially with a pair of Soundlab belt drives & a Numark mixer. Exit got into the Jungle sound in 1994 and would buy his vinyl from the legendary 5HQ shop in Leicester. Fast forward to 2009 and he started producing his own tracks. I have been a resident DJ on various online radio stations including Atomic Vibes (Founder), Konflct Radio, DnB Midlands (Now known as Global DNB), Planet DNB, KunninMindz, Random Audio, Innersense and Different Drumz. I am an old skool bedroom dj have been djing for for about 20 years or so on and off I used to dj on 1210's back in the 90s but had all of my gear stolen while I was at a party and about 4 years ago bought a traktor s4 and have been adjusting to the digital era

Vlad Cheis started to have his interest in electronic music back in early 90s. At this time he was fond of popular and beloved techno and synthy pop groups, later in 1994 switching to happy hardcore and jungle music compilations. In 1996 Vladimir’s interest got more serious as he attended first Hardcore, Techno, Jungle and Drum’n’Bass raves. A little later Vlad realized he wanted to become a DJ and started working towards his goal. Back then he acted as dance parties and cultural events promoter, playing mostly vinyl records. His first record was 98 hardcore label Mokum Records. In 2005-2008 Vlad continued his promoter activity at various Moscow venues, combining it with art-director and resident jobs. In 2008 he did a series of “Dubwise sessions” club events, in parallel releasing a DNB/Ragga collab with DJ Sokolov - Elec Storm & Vlad Cheis – GunJah, Big Dabass Recordings [BDR001]. Starting February 22, 2012 launched a series of Soul Ful Sounds podcasts at DI.FM USA (NY) , in parallel Rasta Dialogues podcasts were also on air. His music preferences are based on wide variety of styles, from trip-hop to electronic hardcore. Specifically in DNB Vlad prefers such wide-known labels as HOSPITAL, FOKUZ, V RECORDINGS, KNOVLEDGE & WISDOM, FULL CYCLE, HIGHLY BLESSED, DIGITAL SOUNDBOY, STREET LIFE, JUNGLE EXPEDITIONS ,ROYAL CROWN, LION DUBS, LIONDUB INTERNATIONAL, MOON SHINE, RASTA VIBEZ, JUNGLE CAKES. Alongside with this his sets often feature unreleased or special vinyl editions tracks from Russian and overseas producers.

Not been mixing long, Like to go to underground club nights and free parties in the woods, warehouses etc. Mainly mix fidget, bassline & electro, sometimes hardtek and other genres like to have a play with everything.
