Hi, im42 years of age and ever since i was fourteen ive been into house music. I have a massive back catalogue of vinyl, mix tapes and now cds and its all ive ever really listened too even though im now married and my wife sings in a predomantly rock band! I've been DJing since the early 80's playing Soul, Funk, Disco and Rare Grooves. I was a B-boy collecting and playing Hip Hop since it's birth and also Electro. I was very busy guesting at many prestigious UK Clubs and abroad from the late 80's and throughout the 90's playing various styles of House Music. An avid collector of many genres of music for over 30 years and love good productions and quality grooves. I'm currently loving the grooves coming out of the UK House scene. I think the UK are producing the best House grooves at the moment. Although, the US still have some awesome vibes, as always. hello im jay aka dj Jest! Im a multi genre dj who started mixing back in 2000 on a pair of technics before switching to cdjs in 2011. I first started mixing trance music but due to my love of many genres i soon began experimenting with different sounds...i now play trance, hardhouse, house, drum and bass (liquid/classics/jump up), hardcore (olsdkool & newskool), jungle, garage (oldskool ukg) and anything else i can get my hands on! Although mainly mixing at home and on internet radio (with a few sets out) i still dream of playing out more!
