Tomek Hejankowski aka Mac Carey, was born on 26 July 1989 in Bydgoszcz, Poland. I am a DJ in my hometown, I'm doing what I like and above all I am doing it for you. I am delighted that I can share with you my mixes, it gives me more inspiration and enthusiasm. I dont lock myself into any type of music but i prefer tech house, minimal and progressiv. Im also producing music, but this is only the beginning. The equipment that I use at home is a Pioneer DJM800 and two cdplayers Denon DN-S 1200. I'm open to any suggestions. Allen & Heath Xone 4D / Traktor Pro / Dell Latitude D830 / Technics DJ1210 dj Squid... living in the south of the Netherlands, Helmond. Born in the late sixties he grew up with the powerfull beats of soul and funk muziq. Bands like Parliament, Funkadelic and the Avarage White Band defined his musical taste. In the eighties he found another passion in the simplicity of reggae muziq, with artists like Steel Pulse, Burning Spear, Alpha Blondy and Bob Marley. In the nineties he was suprised and amazed about the upcoming house scene and the powerfull energy and kindness that surrounded house parties. He started mixing himself and together with his older brother dj Rool'ow and their youth neighbor vj Decade they started GROOVEPACT and organize parties in the minimal and techno scene. It's all about the music when your talkin about him DJ RC has established himself as a DJ. Inspired by his older sister, he started DJ'ing using cassette decks at the age of 12. At the age of 18, he bought his first Technics 1200 and never looked back ever since. Having such a passion for music and turntablism, he would lock himself in his room for days just practicing and practicing without sleep until his fingers bled. He observed and studied the techniques of DJs like Kid Capri, DJ Scratch, and Stretch Armstrong, to name a few. After studying their techniques and practicing each and every day, he developed his own techniques, his own sound, and his own style. A big influence on him was the Latin Rascals, inspiring him to mix records in a way everyone thought was impossible; that taught him to be open minded (meaning DJ RC is not limited to just one genre of music, if it sounds good, he's for it). Other inspirations included DJ AM and Kenny Dope. Since DJ RC started, he has done parties for Marc Anthony, Jermaine Dupri, Shyne, 112, and Jadakiss. Some places that he DJ'd at in the city were Canal Room, Shine, Downtime, Essos, Flow, Deep, Club NY, Flamingos. He also DJ'd in Jersey as well at Deko Lounge,Tropicanas, Millennium, Luna Lounge,Micheal Anthonys and 88 Keys. It doesn't stop there though; he's also DJ'd in Florida at Nikki Beach, Opium, and Groove Jet.

He was born in South Africa and with South Africa as his homeland, he was influenced by the rhythmic sounds of drums. The genres he plays are Tribal, Tech, Latin and Deep House. His influences comes from Dj's like Chus, David Herrero, Robbie Taylor, David Penn, Rob Mirage, Coqui Selection.
