It's not about me or any amazing DJ tricks that I could do - it's about the MUSIC.I am Seanskee, a DJ since 1979. I am an experienced nightclub, event, festival and mix-show DJ. I have played to crowds from the hundreds, to thousands, to tens(hundreds?)-of-thousands in clubs, theaters, events and on TV. My work has taken me from Chicago, to Los Angeles, New York City and San Francisco, among many other cities in the U.S.In Chicago during the rise of House Music in the 1980s and early 1990s - I was Director of Audiotalent/Chicago Music Pool, and wrote / edited / published Street Mix Magazine. As an influential taste-maker, I was featured in clubs like Domaine, Le Passage, Red Dragon, Shelter, China Club, Esoteria, NRG, Baja Beach Club, Tijuana Yacht Club, Sabrina, Eddie Rockets, S.O.P., and many others around all of the Chicagoland area. I have opened for Deee-Lite, and performed on live TV for New Year's Eve celebration on CBS Chicago broadcast from China Club, among other notable events.I was in the music business for 20+ years working for record labels and management companies, working artists' projects from LaTour, Jamie Principle, Cookie Watkins, Steve "Silk" Hurley, M-Doc; and others like Rage Against the Machine, Korn, Funkdoobiest, Volume 10, Cypress Hill, House of Pain, Machines of Loving Grace, The Crow Soundtrack and more.I moved into radio as an on-air personality which led to being a music director, program director and operations manager for Top-40, Rhythmic and Alternative/Modern Rock stations in several states in the USA. I produced and hosted a mix-show for 8 years in Northern California on public radio station KRCB-FM, featuring some of the best DJs from around the world. I am also a remixer, editor and producer with new works coming.Currently I reside on the Florida Suncoast, working on and posting new mix sets online and streaming projects. Attualmente mi sono evoluto nel genere techno ed elettronica in genere. BIOG I've been d.j. ing since 1988 - After discovering house music from listening to Stu Allan's house hour on Key 103 I began collecting house and techno vinyl. During the early 90's I played on Pirate station - Bliss FM in Middlesbrough. During the mid 90's I played at events in Bradford including the stimulations all nighters and floating bong nights. After a number of years in China I began producing my own music and had one of my first productions 'Unite' featured on Radio 1. I've released music as 'James Sandoz' on Peeled tracks and as 'Hydrosphere' on Dash Deep. My influences include Sasha and Digweed, Nick Warren, Pete Tong, Stu Allan, Paul Taylor and Layo and Bushwaka. I am also heavily influenced by the clubs I frequented in the early 90's namely - Legends, Bowlers, Angels, Havana and the Atmosphere events.
