I learned the trade on some trusty old Technics 1200s back in the late 80's.These days its much more cost effective and versitile for me to use Traktor, VirtualDJ, Sony Acid, Soundforge and various other PC softwares to create mixes. Numark TT 1910 Direct drive turntables (Shit i know but i've had em for over 10 years and they still work better than most new numark turntables on the market at the mo) Numark DM 1100SE Performance series mixer (Another antique lol but i learnt to mix on this and wouldn't give it up for the world). Virtual DJ Pro Infinity 8, and have just added a Numark Mixtrack Platinum to my collection, awesome controller. Have also just got a pair of Numark NDX 400's, great cd decks.
