As of September 2019 producer of mixes, remixes and megamixes (called “Monsterjam” by DMC) for the British DJ only remix service DMC Ltd. UK. The banner you see above are a few of the full-album mixes I produced for DMC and were released on the DMC label. They’re all ‘Monsterjams’ as DMC calls the full-album megamixes they release. Unfortunately DMC went into a voluntary liquidation in March 2023, were taken over by a specially for that purpose founded company called Futureverse Ltd. but eventually dissolved in the beginning of this year 2025.

I've been lucky enough to be able to play some amazing music for the last 25 years and in the early days, alongside the house, rave and other stuff, Techno was part of the playlist. It's been a major love/influence since day one.From the mid 90's I've been mostly playing House but about 10 years ago I thought I'd record my favourite Techno trax in yearly mixes. I forgot I'd done it and recently uncovered most of them, so thought I'd upload them on here for anyone who's into a bit of history!! Hi, I'm Dave, from Coventry, and i started djing way back in 1990, while still at school, inspired by legends Sasha and Carl Cox after listening to sets, given to me from older friends! I spent a lot of my time during the early 90's at the legendary club Eclipse, in Coventry, where i met lots of fantastic people including some of the finest DJ's around at the time, doing a couple of sets in Marco Polo, Birmingham. I also ventured across the midlands, clubbing wise, to places including Shelley's, Institute and Coast 2 Coast. After 5 years, i fell out of love with the scene, seeing as it was changing and not to my liking, to be honest and in 1995 i gave up raving and djing. Kept my vinyl, though, just in case!! Got back into it in 2006 after listening to online radio playing a lot of oldskool, and thought I'd give it another go. Not had the confidence to play out again, since but you never know..... I am a 42 year old DJ from teesside. I specialise in UK Hardcore and Bounce/Scouse House. But Dabble in most Genre's tbh. I use my Numark NV2 With Pioneer CDJ 100's and Vestax Mixer for all my mixing and have been DJing for 30 years Now.......jesus thats depressing.......Anyway, I started out in the Happy Hardcore scene around Teesside and have Supported acts Such as Force & Styles, Hixxy and Dougal amoungst others during the scene's peak in the Mid 90's. Nowadays I mainly Mix and Produce UK Bounce Music and Live Sets Generally Follow the same path.....

For the old stuff - 80s Chicago house, Detroit techno, and some classic dance tunes from the 80s - it's all on dusty vinyl. Two Technics SL-1200MK2's, a Denon DN-X120 which is decent for the price and Sennheiser HD 280 Pro headphones which I'm really liking. For some newer sounds, I'm playing with Ableton Live 7, an APC40 which I'm loving, and a M-Audio Fast Track Pro which is pissing me off. The drivers are crap (check their forums for endless complaints). It works fine on my PC desktop but not on my laptop which is where I wanted to use it.
