I started DJing at the age of 18, when my mother asked me if I want a driving licence for my birthday or a record player - I decided for the record player ☺ My idols were and are Todd Terry, Westbam, Gary D., Paul Oakenfold, Steve "Silk" Hurley, Tyree Cooper, Matthias Heilbronn and many others. I spinned "live" at a few parties and at some clubs. I love all types of music, so I spinned "Salsa and Merengue" for a few years too - love the Latin vibe. My style depends on my daily mood ;)) House-Mixes is a great site to share our passion for music...keep the vibe alive ☺

Akar is a DJ and producer from Malmö, Sweden. Since very young age he has had big interest for electronic music. Nowadays he is playing and producing Deep House, Tech House, Nu-Disco and chillout.
