Hi all DJ FUNK ere Don,t dj out at clubs now after 35 years of clubbing & djing happy memories (old age catching up,,lol, and now i,ve started djing back up again at home looking for a new chapter, just to let the crowd no i,am still around and now i dj as a hobbie and i do a weekly show on GLOBALDNB.COM every saturday!!....my passion is the music and vibe that you get from the listeners,, ,,and now i still feel the same passion for music now as i did way bk then,,music is the1 thing that's help me through good and bad times...so may the ride continue...long live the vibe... :-) all my mixes are done liveon cdj decksstraight to sound forgeand thats it no fancy programs just straight free style mixing oldskool.. . not that ive got anthing against gadgets.. only just started useing cdj decks last 2 years.. hope you all enjoy my sets.. feel free to leave comments all feedback welcome good or bad..take care all .. big shout out goes out to all djs on HM and paul for his hard work on HM..And not forgeting 4 long time friends [dj Darkrider],[dj morpheus], [dj charks,],[dj supremacy] and [patrick.].thanks for your surpport over the last 30 years or so we are all getting older but still going strong all for the love and passion for music...may the ride continue!! peace n lv Like to say a big thank you to all who check out my sets and listen to them or download and save them. Hi. Thank you for your interest if you are reading this. I've been mixing since the start of 2012, mostly with cdjs. If you have listened to any of my shows, you will know that I like to deviate a little from just playing Liquid dnb, you will probably agree that I also try not to deviate too far. I upload 2 shows per week, my Friday show (almost always new tunes with track listing) and my Sunday show which I tend to keep a little more chilled with my older and newer tunes. Exit Point's passion for the music began in the early 90s, a fan of the Madchester sound of The Stone Roses & Happy Mondays, from here, his musical tastes shifted to the underground Rave sounds of the mid 90's after being introduced to a mixtape by a friend. This led to Exit becoming an avid listener of the local pirate stations, Mix FM, Fresh FM (Leicester) & Kool FM (Birmingham).This keenness further led Exit to take up DJ'ing, initially with a pair of Soundlab belt drives & a Numark mixer. Exit got into the Jungle sound in 1994 and would buy his vinyl from the legendary 5HQ shop in Leicester.

DJ Quantize a.k.a. James Barr, born and bred in Sussex, started out in 2004 performing locally at many house parties, pubs and clubs. As he progressed he was able to secure regular slots around the Somerset, Western Super-mare, Bristol, Southampton and Swindon regions, playing at numerous internet based radio stations, and is now the co-founder at Drum& Bass Network Radio. He was also involved with other various radio stations such as; Emergency FM, Bassport FM, Headrush Radio, DNB Radio, London’s Upfront Radio, BNB London Radio, Glastonbury FM and Ujima 98. His early musical influences include DJ Premier, The Fugees, Cypress Hill, DJ Zinc and DJ Craze. James’ strong interest for music and his passion to succeed led him down the production route, taking on work experience at a professional recording studio in Chichester, where he acquired a taste to start writing his own tracks. Whilst still working voluntary for Airtight Studio's and enrolling with Chichester College for Performing Arts, this course included DJing lessons and practice, gaining experience including career development courses called ‘Gateway to Music’ with an open learning plan. During this time DJ Quantizes musical style progressed to incorporate such genres such as Drum & Bass, Hip Hop and Reggae. James also performed at NASS Festival, Bruton Reggae Fest, Somerset Reggae festival and has made a number of appearances at ‘The Godney Gathering’ where he received a supporting response from the crowd. He has already had the pleasure of playing alongside many major artists like; DJ Brockie, Nicky Blackmarket, Logan D, Turno and Serial Killaz to name a few. With James’ determination, skill and passion to succeed, I am sure this DJ is going to go the distance....Amen...
