Hi every one my name is peter voss aka DJ P VOSSI i started djing at the age of 18 when i started to go out to the pubs and clubs and i stared to here the sound of chicago house music. artists like mr fingers - marshall jefferson - adonis - on the house. i loved the house rap music to. my first gig was in a pub in feltham railway club all i had was one deck &; one cassette deck. and when i got enough money i brought my first decks technics 1210 mk2 and i still have them today. i now mix with pioneer xdj rx3. i got over 2000 vinyl from house to pop and rap and hardcore and white labels and over 50.000 mp3s and counting i have played in wine bars at rave partys clubs & pub music genre i play trance / house / hard trance / hard house / electro house / commercial house / progressive house hardcore / chicago house / thanks for reading my bio

A complete artist, great from warm up to mad for after parties. Here is his background... I went through the eighties playing in various bands and tasting all kind of music such as punk, rock, hard-core, funk or reggae. After a last tour in France and the recording of a rock/reggae/ragga influenced album with "Les Ejectes" I moved to England hoping for new sensations in 1993. In British club land I discovered house & techno in new emerging parties like Renaissance, Bounce (DIY), Deluxe, Universe and many more... Back to France in 95 I got a pair of SL1210 and started Djing. In order to make french ravers appreciate my typical British sound, my sets quickly evolved as a journey through house, progressive and trance which also has become my brand and originality. My early progressive sets were obviously influenced by the precursors of the kind: Sasha, Digweed, Dave Seaman & Ian Ossia. Always searching for new influences I took off again in 96 and traveled trough Latin America for 6 years. I came back in 2002 and stayed in Paris for 2 years where I had a residency at Lust parties (mapage.noos.fr/blust) and Quattrocento (www.morphismes.com). I moved to Muscat (Oman) in 2005 were I met amazing people craving for new sounds and that's how the Cocomint club started! Numark CDN-88 twin deck cd players and Numark DM1920X mixer (yea i kno,both old pieces of kit,but still do the job!) I only do CD mixing so not bothered about any vinyl purists comments..To add to this description of equip etc,i have just purchased the Numark Total Control set-up complete with Traktor 3LE & Numark Cue LE progs as standard. only just starting to get used to this (at this time its the 31.01.09) but will eventually inc mixes from this equipment...if there is anyone who is using this gear i would love to know your opinions & how you rate this kit! Lots of Breaks,Electro & Fidget Style,Progressive,Funky,Tech,Electro & Commercial House too. Have played for about 11yrs now. Both club and mobile work. Very big on Breaks & Electro music.Not currently djing(clubs) only mobile work for now but will hopefully be able to get back into the bar/club scene in the near future. As i mentioned briefly above,my prefered style of dance music right now is Breaks & Electro. The funkier and harder the break,and the dirtier the electro is just fine with me. But i am versatile and enjoy playing other genres too,like Commercial House,Funky,Progressive (Always Loved an epic breakdown) closely followed by Trance and not forgetting DnB & Dubstep! These styles can quite often be found in my mixes. I,like everyone else on this site have a strong passion for music,and for entertaining all those people out there who just love to dance.... Not so much artists (as i could go on for ever & ever..) but more Genres (of house) such as Progressive,Electro,Funky,Tech,Breaks & Commercial. Some of the sounds to expect in my mixes.

Strictly a home dj, I love music. All types. My Favourite is 80's Grooves, Although the South African House which i mix here is constantly in my mp3 player. With my music mix's i try to give as much of my soul in it, so when it finishes your mood and your joy is heightened.
