Addicted to music since the age of 15, listening to it, playing it, and enjoying it to the fullest! I took my first steps in the world of free radio with music styles such as New Wave, New Beat, and later more danceable styles such as Garage, Disco, Soul, and Funk. My music style produced the necessary decibels through many speakers in living rooms, organized parties, and discotheques/clubs. Music is enjoyment, freedom, and carefreeness that I want to share with many listeners as fellow DJs.

I'm an amateur at-home DJ still learning the ropes. I'm 68 years old and love listening to a wide range of music, mostly House, Dance, Disco, and Reggae, as well as some country. I also do DJing for the Learning Disability Club every two months. I'm trying different mash-ups. Love listening to proper DJs doing their thing. DjTjay 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈

I have been a DJ for over 40 years in Pubs, Clubs , Presenter on National Radio too (Forth 2) at one time I did "Through the Night " where I appeared on every radio station up and down the length of Scotland from 1:00 am until 6:00 am the station is now now Greatest Hits Radio in the UK. I'm mobile now so I've gone full circle , done it all. But .... I have always had a passion for creating mashups , it started with just plain old transitioning on wooden tone armed SL1200 decks doing various tricks that were around at the time but that were limited , back in the day , the very early 80s , technology was pretty sparce DJs were doin' scratchin', in various ways , phasing where two records were played at the same time but the pitch was adjusted slightly on one of the decks then back where it was caused a weird phasing in and out , then there was two of the same record on two decks but one would be played slightly behind the other for a repeat on the lyrics throughout the song , annoying I know , but DJs thought they were the 'shit' in those days working with relatively bows and arrows lol . Anyhow technology moved on CDs , then time codes then controllers and various production software and I was on it all . I was possesed with learning new things and would spend hours trying ideas out but only for my ears as far as the mashups went , I did transitional mixes on housemixes.com before as my alter ego DJ Supertramp for a while some of them still on here I think i did 50 or so way back , but nobody has heard my mashups and I am unleashing them one by one on here exclusively

Ferris B has been living for music ever since was old enough to turn on the radio & switch stations always looking for a good tune. Back then we used to record mix tapes (although not mixed) which basically was a recording of the latest tunes from the Top 100 on a Sunday. Progressing to a mobile Karaoke / Disco set for the late school/uni years those were fun days. Before finally, a start to club DJ'ing on the nightclub scene back in 2001 with a first residency in the legendary Candystore & than Funkissential (sister label of the world famous Sundissential). That's when a love for dance vinyl filled up the floor space around home. With early club days genre of Hard House & Trance a preference, over time the sound has been mellowed somewhat to include a more soulful sound and also very lately, go right back to the disco/karaoke party days. I started djing when i was just 16 years old doing mobile work, using just a couple of hifi units back in the eighties, playing in village halls, wedding receptions ect. in 1996 I landed a job with the Po na na chain doing a disco night. The following year i started working for the Chapel nightclub in Salisbury Wiltshire Uk which later on went on to recieving the best nightclub in the south west of england award. My night there was Saturday night and I played disco and party clasics. After over ten years there i took a break from Djing and moved to Japan. After a refreshing break from Djing I am starting to work in a few bars and clubs in and around Tokyo. My favirote style of music has to be funky vocal house. love to sing along to the tunes, I always take time to check the mixes on here i like. I am also a big fan of walking and doing anything relaxing and i always like to have some sort of ambient or chill out music going on. Having said all of that i really am happy to listen to almost any genre of music if the time and mood is right. My current project is The Exotic locations chill out mixes Mixes for relaxing too and music that wll take you to some special places, basically the idea is that you the listener will relax, listen and imagine being in some nice locations perhaps somewhere you have been before. The music contains chill out music all kind, but with an international feel, either in the tunes or the lyrics, they also come with enviromental sounds such as birds and ocean sounds for that authentic feel.

I was born 49 years ago and have been close to music since childhood. As a young man, I decided I wanted to become a DJ. **My professional start** came in 1993. That’s when I fully committed to mixing and creating music for discos and club events. My distinctive style and energetic performances quickly won me popularity, and I gradually became a familiar face in the local club circuit. **During my career**, I had the amazing opportunity to travel and perform on various stages. These experiences enriched me immensely, not just musically but also as a person. I learned to feel the crowd’s energy, and my mixing skills became my trademark, propelling me to the top of the local DJ scene. **After years spent in the prime of my career**, I felt in 2008 that it was time for a change. I decided to end my active DJ career and devote myself to other interests and responsibilities. Though I no longer play at major events today, my passion for music and mixing still burns within me. **I’m still part of** our local music community, and I’m proud of what I’ve achieved for DJ culture. I poured immense effort and heart into my musical journey. And my greatest reward is knowing that my music and my work continue to inspire people even today. Because **music is eternal**.
