Started Djing in 1992/93 on a second hand set of ElektraVision belt driven decks!!. After much stumbling and determination i mastered the art and have developed my own unique style playing , old skool ,old skool house , trance , hardcore and italian ! Influences include Dj Welly Have played at Venues such as Better Dayz, Bowlers , bowlers reunion , 53 degrees , maximes , cricketers and compulsion at the mighty bowlers exhibition centre in manchester also booked to play there again on new years eve 2011 ! Also i was the first dj to grace the decks at the legendary bowlers leisure centre in over ten years when it re-opened its doors in may 2011 where i warmed up for the mighty return of the compulsion events ! I've been a DJ for the last 40 yrs of my life. I started out as a bedroom DJ in August 19th, 1975, when I was 5 yrs old. At age of 9, spun @ Studio 54 in NYC & ever since then, loved to spin music for other people. I've played @ various clubs / discotheques, such as Studio 54 (NYC), Centrum Hall, A.C. Club, Ka-Boom's, Cairo's / My Sister's House, Inca's, Medusa's, 13 Colonies, Gazander's, Rock-A-Bee's, Cagney's, 2nd Dimension, Crazy Rock (when it was a teen nightclub...lol) & Many, many more!

I started dj'ing in 1985, influenced by the Hotmix 5 on WBMX radio. Farley "Funking" Keith was my biggest influence at the time. I stopped spinning in 1993 but fortunately kept most of my record collection. Now I am getting back into the vibe. It was always in my blood. Never faded away, just hibernated for a while. Lime, John Rocca, Africa Bambataa, Kraftwerk, Steve Hurley, Farley, Cajmere...Mostly old skool stuff, getting familiar with the new vibes.

For the old stuff - 80s Chicago house, Detroit techno, and some classic dance tunes from the 80s - it's all on dusty vinyl. Two Technics SL-1200MK2's, a Denon DN-X120 which is decent for the price and Sennheiser HD 280 Pro headphones which I'm really liking. For some newer sounds, I'm playing with Ableton Live 7, an APC40 which I'm loving, and a M-Audio Fast Track Pro which is pissing me off. The drivers are crap (check their forums for endless complaints). It works fine on my PC desktop but not on my laptop which is where I wanted to use it.
