Originally from the North West UK Ger has been spinning since 1992 playing early rave and house inspired by djs like Carl Cox and Jeremy Healy for there aggressive mixing techniques,.Through the 90's my sound got more dark and progressive following the likes of Nick warren ,Anthony Pappa and of coarse Sasha and Jonny Digweed.In 1999 Ger moved to Dublin,Ireland and was immersed in a vibrant club scene attending the legendary Temple Theater, Ormonde Dublin and the GPO in Galway.Holding weekly and monthly residencies on Radio4by4 and Progressive Heaven.Recently Gerz has had mixes Featured on Progressive House Classics blog and plays his podcast Purple haze sessions drops on selected Radio stations across the internet including Subcode , Super Progressive ,KDK DJ's , Progressive House UK ,Sonar Bliss Radio Belfast , RTE PULSE " Back 2 Basics" ,Mixpub Radio, Inferno radio, Chicago Youth radio,So What! I was born 49 years ago and have been close to music since childhood. As a young man, I decided I wanted to become a DJ. **My professional start** came in 1993. That’s when I fully committed to mixing and creating music for discos and club events. My distinctive style and energetic performances quickly won me popularity, and I gradually became a familiar face in the local club circuit. **During my career**, I had the amazing opportunity to travel and perform on various stages. These experiences enriched me immensely, not just musically but also as a person. I learned to feel the crowd’s energy, and my mixing skills became my trademark, propelling me to the top of the local DJ scene. **After years spent in the prime of my career**, I felt in 2008 that it was time for a change. I decided to end my active DJ career and devote myself to other interests and responsibilities. Though I no longer play at major events today, my passion for music and mixing still burns within me. **I’m still part of** our local music community, and I’m proud of what I’ve achieved for DJ culture. I poured immense effort and heart into my musical journey. And my greatest reward is knowing that my music and my work continue to inspire people even today. Because **music is eternal**.

DJ Elroy is the man with a plan. He’s been mixing records since before your mom was seen doing lines off the floor of Studio 54’s DJ booth. He is an innovator in his own right and has led the evolution of dance music from the 70s disco era into the club scene of the 80s to the rave scene of the 90s and right into the 21st century! You may not know this, but in recent years Elroy has spawned several of his own sub-genres (including tizzy-house and its European offshoot sprochno). Being pegged as a one trick pony is so 1998. DJ Elroy has overcome the typecast hurdle by throwing down the gauntlet on all genres and effectively making them his bitch. All of them. Critics have called him the “Chuck Norris of the dance music industry,” and he has lived up to the moniker. El-Rizzle (as he known to close friends) has been seen giving mixing pointers to the legendary John Digweed and swapping new skratching techniques with the infamous Q-bert. He has headlined some of the biggest events in the state but has put his live performance schedule on hold to bring you this wonderful website. He is a member of the prestigious Masons, the Illuminati, and the NRA. DJ Elroy spends his free time building tire-swings for starving children in Denver’s inner-cities and plans to be the first electronic music artist to walk in space.
